    @ShawInfo Additional adjectives could be.....lack of knowledge, lack of accountability and or care to retain the customer.....all about sign up the customer and frustrate them enough the simply pay and stop pursuing their complaint.

    @Crackmacs @ShawInfo Shaw’s customer service is crap when it comes to this kind of stuff. Expected outages like this, customers should be given at least 2 weeks notice and a reminder sent out a few days before.

    @grrrlmeetsworld @ShawInfo They bugged me in the middle of my work day last week. Pandemic door to door sales is gross. So is laying off most of your installers. I would never deal with @shawinfo.
