    @Shawhelp Like, I really had no reason to upgrade from 1 gigabit to 2 and this “delivery experience” and the subsequent support “experience” has me kind of convinced to just keep what I had and unwind the upgrade.

    Trying to activate my @AppleTV from @Shawhelp has been worse than getting all 4 of my wisdom teeth pulled out at the same time. How can nobody can apparently help?!

    @Shawhelp I think we have a Shaw Webmail outage. I can’t send or receive email. I can’t even forward an exteral email from Google to my shaw email account. Not getting any emails on my phone.
