    @Shawhelp Internet has been out for at least 6-7 hours and I've reported it twice to be told there is an outage in my area Thompson MB). It is still not showing up on the outage page however so I can't check and see if there's any updates to when it will be fixed. So what's up?

    @ShawInfo my elderly neighbour spent an hour or more on the phone for his issue and asked for a technician to come out. Would pay for one to come out. Was told ask your grandkid to come help. #Crappy #lackofservice #notanoption
