    @Shawhelp good morning, I am a copper tech with two customers that have the same machine. Both machines stopped emailing yesterday in the afternoon and I am getting just a general check network status. It's there something going on. Neither machine is set for authentication

    @APSpoon @Shawhelp Keep calling them until you get someone who understands. Shaw's upload isn't great to begin with but if you're onnthe Fibre you shouldn't be getting massive issues. That said, I'm confident my upload issues are Shaw related, too.

    @APSpoon @tsundokugames @Shawhelp my inexpensive non-shaw nitrate, per the router: B0 Traffic Type:PTM B0 Line Rate - Upstream (Kbps):7167 B0 Line Rate - Downstream (Kbps):40957 maybe if you tagged other help desks in the root post, or just let twitter-tech die a natural.

    @Shawhelp Says it won't connect to server. Playstation is showing no issues and they said it's probably a problem on my end. I'm having no issues with any other device
