@Shawhelp When doesn't SHAW have issues?

  • Massonite Adam (@Massonite) reported

@Shawhelp I just got the wireless BlueCurve boxes when I signed back up for TV service earlier this week. Would it matter if I hard wire it vs. WiFi?

  • Massonite Adam (@Massonite) reported

@djdevo79 @FLAMESnMETAL @Shawhelp I've never had to before, but now I have different cable boxes. I will if I have to but I'd rather not lol

  • JohnnyEyreTime John Eyre (@JohnnyEyreTime) reported

Hey @Shawhelp, wtf is going on with the cable/internet signal?? Trying to watch #SuperBowl , but it keeps cutting out, except it seems when the repeating Canadian commercials are playing. In far NW Calgary. Getting really pissed.

  • mike_yung Mikey McDontTouchYourFace (@mike_yung) reported

Hey @Shawhelp. Please try to fix this before the Super Bowl starts. Thanks. Don't watch a lot of TV but last night during SNL I noticed your feeds are freezing quite a bit. Pretty sure it's on your end 'cause it's happening to both our PRV's on all channels.

  • cynthiiaaxo_ Cynthia (@cynthiiaaxo_) reported

@Shawhelp Idk how many times I need to reset and unplug my wifi out and get it rebooted. That does nothing with how poor the internet/wifi connection is. Even with a newer box it’s still bad. Why am I paying for this??

  • Mandaloo85 Mandy (@Mandaloo85) reported

@Shawhelp question...my cell and ipad show full signal wifi but it is soooooooooooooo slow and takes forever to load things. What could be the issue?

  • FitSince96 Danny Holloway (@FitSince96) reported

@Shawhelp I have been on the phone for the last 3 days trying to get someone out. Get a technician to St.Albert and fix the issue.

  • WrpPatrick Patrick פטריק ⭐️ (@WrpPatrick) reported

@Shawhelp How can you not have service available until the 19th? Btw who’s going to pay for the cell data I now have no choice but to use if I don’t want to be cut off from the world in a pandemic?

@HartmutSachse @Shawhelp Many vendors support…Take your pick ArubaHPE/Cisco/Meraki/Ruckus/Extreme/etc. The trickier part is generating profiles for iOS/Android clients. Passpoint is interesting to play with, almost a victim of too much flexibility.
