    @ShawInfo this company is a complete joke. Go with literally ANY other company than this bullshit dumpster fire. Their techs blow off appointments after asking you to be around for a six hour wait... for them to never show up. 3 times this happened. Absolutely trash service.

    @Shawhelp I did send you a DM and no one replies. I now just talked to Shaw and got someone in another country that has no idea what is going on. It’s been 5 days and you guys are not giving any information or help.

    @Shawhelp hi shaw! This is a mobile issue. Is this the right place? If not, I apologize. I’m an ex-shaw employee on Shaw Mobile. My roommate is also an ex-shaw employee on Freedom. We are having major issues with SMS. We both have wifi calling on. We both did a network reset.
