@Shawhelp I used your chat support. I had to answer in the negative to the survey questions at the end, but there was no way to express that I WAS very satisfied with the person who helped me. He did all he could. Just bc Shaw didn't have the service I wanted is not his fault.

@Shawhelp there is an outage in my area since yesterday. No mention anywhere. Would a Shaw business account be immune to outages? How can I get find out about outages without having to call in? How can I avoid losing internet again because this is happening frequently in my area.
