    @Shawhelp Still having issues chatting in. One phone call says the extra line will be taken off my account and the other call says they don't know when the extra line will be taken off. Please help. I cannot afford a $1000 bill.

    @Shawhelp Already waited on hold to be told there isn't an outage in my area but oddly enough the person on the phone was able to tell me that other houses in the neighborhood were reporting outages. I just want what I pay for. That's all!

    @TSNCurling @Shawhelp discovered this morning no #STOH2022 recorded, thanks Shaw for screwing up the guide, able to record as a series until yesterday and now I have to manually record every draw from now on, #bluesky sucks
