@Shawhelp I know 5 customers in Abbotsford bc that are having all internet cut out at random times. Your help on shaw website spent 2 hours running me in a circle yesterday. I'm telling you either the neighborhood is toast or these modems are dead

@Shawhelp I don't think you know how overtime works How often should I have to do that? The box was unplugged and reset in Dec 31 when I took my tree down. Do I need to reset it every morning? Every hockey game? Every period? Is there a service that will just play the game uninterrupted?

@MattPaulHickey @Shawhelp Oh I’m sorry. I wish you would have as well! We are ending Day 3 of no internet and are scrambling to figure out what to do for work. They have been telling me the fix is coming ASAP as well. Unfortunately not the case. The issue has been known since Dec 31

@Shawhelp “I was actually assisting that department yesterday with the issues they were having. Your comments above about no solution/workaround/ETA is still correct. They are manually going case by case for now, but as you know there's more new cases then ones being resolved right now”

@Shawhelp There is a known issue with internet activations. If you don’t want to risk no internet do not change your modem now - recent update from tech since Shaw will not update customers

@Shawhelp Ok. Thanks again Don. While the lack of service is frustrating, the fact you're communicating quickly helps to take the "edge" off and spares Shaw my wrath. All companies should take note that this is the proper way to serve your customers.
