    @Shawhelp I waited on the phone for 50 minutes before I hung up and the chat line at the same time for 45 minutes to get an agent. This outage was not on your outage page and I got nothing but grief trying to report it. You service is terrible.

    @Shawhelp 3rd year in a row, 5th time as soon as it gets warm outside, i lose internet. The techs have confirmed its outside my residence and environmental. I need it fixed and a bill credit. This is a joke of service.

    @ShawInfo over half an hour on phone and the chat service, still not my turn and no updates that tell me how long the wait is.

    The good news, @Shawhelp has been pretty good lately. The bad news, not for the last @EdmontonOilers game of the regular season. Glitchville!!!Hopefully does not happen in the playoffs.🙏🏻🤞🏻#LetsGoOilers
