@Shawhelp been getting horrific lag/ping in a lot of games on and off for the past few weeks, as of late has been consistently bad no matter what time of day I play. "Tech support" chat and phone seem to think I'm talking about speed and tell me to "buy a better cable". 🙄

@saveonfoods @MohammedJenifer No it's not, your website is working fine. The problem is that @Shawhelp has some DNS servers that are (erroneously) saying the domain doesn't exist.

@Shawhelp It’s comical really. All I can do is laugh. Went to @ShawInfo store in chinook to buy mom’s new cellphone as instructed. Couldn’t. I’m authorized on the cable phone side. But not on the mobile side. Seriously. So what next? Back to the customer service spin cycle? Hilarious eh?

@Shawhelp Are you having Mobile issues in NE Calgary? Mobile data isn’t working on 3 phones around Marlborough & Sunridge and Val’s are iffy as well.

@Shawhelp Re-booted 4 times. Was on with Tech-support chat. Went through the whole process. Disconnected only to have a new guy want to start over. Still not working. Off for 10 days holidays. When we return, switching to Telus.
