@Shawhelp I'm tweeting this in case we have to cancel and we need proof of inadequate service. Fix your ****. Your random outages and useless responses are why we moved away from you as internet provider at work.

@weezardofoz @Shawhelp Lots of games are region-locked and I’m not a fan of pirating as I’d rather support the ppl who broadcast for a living. $200 isn’t that bad for basically every NHL game all year.

  • goingtoberich9 Trading Up In Life (@goingtoberich9) reported

.@Shawhelp I'm on to you. You give me a 10-day trial to renew my services at a higher speed after I complained about my horrible wifi, but during the trial you really jack up the speeds only to reduce them after the 10 days are up. I did speed tests. Now I'm locked in for 2 yrs

@sunnygil911 @Shawhelp Damn same thing happened to me I contacted support for almost two weeks and all I got was automated robot replies, not until I got recommended to @ Multitask_support on who got it fixed in a few hours

  • PrasadYEG V PRASAD (@PrasadYEG) reported

@Shawhelp No, it's actually been very weak this whole year and many times last year. I've asked Shaw for help many times before but all they tell me to do is unplug and plug the modem. I don't have any issues upstairs but downstairs is really bad and it never was like that before.

@Shawhelp Is there service outage in Brookswood area of Langley ?

  • theAutistech The Autistech (@theAutistech) reported

@Shawhelp First thing I did, followed by rebooting all my equipment. This is a repeatable and frustrating situation here in Lethbridge. Internet just dies for 5-15m for no reason, and comes back. Happens often enough to be a big problem, not often enough to be able to complain.
