    @Shawhelp My blue curve box is plugged in and there are no lights on. I’ve unplugged it and reset it from my app… but nothing? Help.

    There is a catastrophic shutdown of network in west of Calgary from morning. Businesses and individuals have serious problems. Customer service lines repeat a message saying it will be fixed. Nothing happened yet @ShawDirect @ShawInfo

    @Shawhelp My cable sound is way off of the commercials and shows. It's really annoying to watch the sound match with the talking. Ive restarted the boxes and still the same. Please help, thx!

    @Shawhelp Recordings on the cloud are messed up. Get message already watched. Then says there is a problem. Oddly one recording played back fine.
