    @ShawDirect @Shawhelp I just tried to call you about a billing issue and was told the current wait time was 1 minute. 15 mins later I gave up. You used to have great customer service, what happened? Also, billing issue is not resolved.

    @Shawhelp I just tried the chat on the My Shaw app and it was absolutely terrible. Can't get through on the phone and I need to know when my service is coming back on in Mission because I have to work.

    @ShawInfo @Shawhelp No service for a complete internet shutdown until Wednesday? How many times are you going to tell me to unplug and plug back in before you send someone?

    @Shawhelp Really? That's not at all what you did when I was having the issues. Not only did you not ensure it was resolved you went ahead taking full payment every month knowing I was having issues since I kept calling and tweeting at the time. And no appointment was needed only a new box.

    @AnnaGHughes @Shawhelp It took me months to get them to replace a faulty box. Everytime I called to complain they made me go through a crap load of tech tests like I got nothing better to do than their job. It's work for two seconds and they'd bail. No comp for all that time with crap service either.
