@ShawInfo @PrideatWorkCAN How about trying to keep straight people using Shaw internet even after using The services for over 10 years and offer them good rates? You lost us as customers when Telus offered us 1000gb for $79/month. And u wanted $89/mo for 500gb!! Shaw sucks . Keep the pride happy I guess

  • PopeSD36 Ms Pope (@PopeSD36) reported

We lost @Shawhelp in #surreybc this morning around midnight…we remain disconnected. On Canada Day we went 28 hours. 48 hours without service in less than 3 weeks. Both times crews are deployed to Fraser Highway where the SkyTrain construction is beginning.

  • prismhed dm (@prismhed) reported

@Shawhelp Thanks Don. I did contact tech support and they confirmed that there is no way to turn these off. I do wonder why the decision was made to disallow turning off the radios when in bridge mode (which bypasses the need for the modem to provide WiFi altogether). Bizarre.
