Great work by Shaw cable. Schedule a long service outage during a pandemic. Not like people are forced to work from home and kids do online school. Add to that their crack service teams can seem to fix the problem they initiated! Can’t wait to jump to Telus! @Shawhelp

Ugh! Called @Shawhelp to get the tv boxes rebooted. Now another one (that was originally okay) doesn’t work. Probably time to just cancel TV all together.

@Shellz_Campbell Totally! Person shouldn't be cut off from all communication on gulf island in global pandemic. What if he has medical emerg or injury that prevents him hiking to neighbor's house to use phone to call for help? @Shawhelp should be prohibited from putting someone at risk this way

I want to give a big shout to the Commission for Complaints for Telecom-television Services @CCTS_CPRST for helping keep internet providers accountable. I filed a complaint @Shawhelp and they've been holding them accountable. Worth it if your internet is slow these days.
