@ShawInfo am I the only who completely garbage wifi for over $100 a month. Constant drops and disconnect, I may as well go sit in a Starbucks. You should be embarrassed by this subpar service.

@Shawhelp The details are well known by your technical team. Unless the entire system has been borked, like last year, selecting "OK", changing channels away and back fixes the issue. As stated, I've had it with Shaw's inability to fix it or their indifference.
