    It's been a rough week with our @Shawhelp service this week. 1. Automatic firmware upgrade pooched our wired internet, after 2 hours of troubleshooting where they would not accept that it was their modem causing the problems instead of all of our wired devices we got a visit /1

    @Shawhelp Seriously, contacted them earlier about our cable going out, they said we'll look into it and then nothing until the good night folks. That's great customer service. If I did that at work I would be fired!

    @Shawhelp Having issues with crave and internet dropping which is a consistent occurrence with Shaw. I’m just used to that at this point and no one there seems to care or interested in helping, but now crave is down... wonderful
