@Shawhelp ive had a problem with my home Wifi thats being going on for days. I was offered an Engineer a day ago, so I need somebody to listen and not go through off the shelf advice. The problem is my Wifi is half of what it was.

@ShawInfo Just had the worst experience with shaw that one can imagine. 10 days before moved explained I need Internet bz I WFH. Was promised I am moving at a service area just to take modern and it works. Now missing my work, and doesn’t very rude agents are rude msg. #worstshaw

@Shawhelp the customer service is terrible right now! You needs to step it up. Dealing with this stupid issue, sounds is out of sync! The new cable box you sent needs to be replaced!
