@Shawhelp @sassimommi Do you have any updates to share on the outage in Innisfail? Would be nice to know how long the outage may last and what the problem is.

@APSpoon @Shawhelp Keep calling them until you get someone who understands. Shaw's upload isn't great to begin with but if you're onnthe Fibre you shouldn't be getting massive issues. That said, I'm confident my upload issues are Shaw related, too.

@APSpoon @Shawhelp bit rate isn't an issue with shaw, bit rate is with Twitch and how much you are sending. IE even if you had 1gig up, you still have to limit your bitrate in OBS to match what Twitch is letting you have, and even then you might want to pull it back for people on older systems.

.@Shawhelp I’ve been having major issues with my upload speed to the point I can’t create content on twitch. I was just told my area is in an outage that started on June 8th with no update whatsoever when it will be resolved? Is there nothing we can do here?

@Shawhelp good morning, I am a copper tech with two customers that have the same machine. Both machines stopped emailing yesterday in the afternoon and I am getting just a general check network status. It's there something going on. Neither machine is set for authentication
