@Leah_Holiove @Shawhelp Does it do that on every single TV or just one? Also when you say you need to 'unplug the box' is that just the little box or have you tried to cold reboot the main router? I find mine gets laggy at times and voice command/pvr sucks I have to hard reboot the main box.

@Leah_Holiove @Shawhelp It's been alright, I had some issues w one TV (was a 2nd we had connected w wireless box) and took a long time for the right installer to know what was wrong, but got the right guy and works awesome....CS has been good too.

@Leah_Holiove @Shawhelp Had Telus for quite a few years now, booking a tech is easy, never waited for more than week, usually within a couple days. LOVE fibre optic internet! Shaw sunk their money into expanding their services (ie their phone system) instead of technology like Telus (Shaw tech told me

@Shawhelp That’s not helpful when the outage happens and it takes 6 hours to update your website. Oh and btw your website still shows there’s an outage even tho the issue is now resolved. Great work 👍 very impressed.

@tdsin1974 @Shawhelp It’s a blue sky issue. When the blue sky button is pressed to talk to it then ut freezes. The only way then to use the remote is to unplug the box. 🙁
