    @Shawhelp So tired of paying so much for shaw and having so many issues. There are updates every single day but nothing ever gets fixed. Shaw sucks.

    @Shawhelp I signed up for two more years, shaw shipped a new device.Everything on the old device worked perfectly but I'm having trouble with the new one.Chatted to tech support and was told sucks to be you, nothing I or anyone else at Shaw can do to help, figure it out yourself.

    @Shawhelp I had a rep call today and end the call "what is the point in talking with you". It is an abusive way to talk with an existing customer just because you cannot sell what you want. Where do I complain?

    @Shawhelp There's always troubles with your services. Got new boxes, they all do it..... We pay too much for so many issues. My mom's is the exact same. Get tired of calling,messaging.....nothing ever gets resolved.

    @Michael25991355 @Shawhelp ha, if you only knew, I think part of the issue is that telus placed new lines in the area and messed around with the stuff here Also I will never go back to telus, They burnt that bridge with me

    @Shawhelp No, and I've approached @cbcgopublic to go after you. We've talked to 4 service reps & you sent over a technician to do nothing while there's a pandemic going on. You've ****** up big time, & you need to own it rather than gaslight us even further. #ripoff #Criminals #shawcable
