    @Shawhelp I can't tell you how many times we've connected with someone. They tell us to turn off, turn back on. We've done that, several times. We've had TWO techs visit, one on Dec 21, 1 on Dec 28 and both have told us it's Shaw's problem, that it's NOT in the house.

    @ShawInfo 3 weeks to fix internet being slower than dial up on your internet 300 package, switched to fibre 500, modem died in 5 days. A week for a new modem. Great customer service. I miss when you employed techs that could address issues promptly. profits over people, right?
