    @Shawhelp for a few days the audio has been cutting out & video pixelates while watching TV. This was supposed to be fixed a while back? If we're not receiving 100% service, we shouldn't be paying 100% of the bill.

    @Shawhelp I dont understand. Are you unwilling or unable to explain the 3 year outage of service so i can notify my employer for loss or work and try to recover lost wages?

    @Shawhelp I've been dealing with a long term disconnection of internet service due to increases in heat from weather at one of your taps outside of my property for three years. I need to speak with a head of customer service to get a detailed letter explainng the issue.

    @Shawhelp we aren't supposed to be visting places, don't you know that? Shaw support was great 6 months ago, its a 0 out of 10 now, what a disaster.

    @Shawhelp 3rd year in a row, 5th time as soon as it gets warm outside, i lose internet. The techs have confirmed its outside my residence and environmental. I need it fixed and a bill credit. This is a joke of service.
