    @Shawhelp Where's the DM option? Also, how's about Shaw just spending a few extra bucks of profit to send directed emails to their customers. I've gotten so many annoying emails about "disruption" and "regions" I don't even read them anymore. WTF region is even mine? I don't know anymore

    @Shawhelp in Montgomery (NW Calgary. Recent power outage restored but internet is still down. Devices (and desktop) can find the modem but not connect to internet. Reset modem, threw breakers to reset house. Any ideas?

    @Shawhelp Hey! Its been 2 hours will you please reply? The wifi is not working in certain websites like Twitter (I'm using mobile data) but is working well with the others.
