    I hate @Shawhelp. The cable we pay an arm and a leg for has been freezing, blacking out for more than an hour. We have had this problem for years in our condo building but they do nothing. Time for a new provider. I have long covid & rely on the connection but they do nothing.

    @Shawhelp The support team just wastes your time for 2 hours then books a service tech that's a week out. Funny how everyone all around gets the exact same service call timelines. Now the my Shaw app will not work and the chat feature seems to be having problems as well.

    @Shawhelp This maybe my last go around with Shaw... I would hate to leave but any time I have an actual issue it is just a run around and a long wait to get results
