@cbcgopublic Shaw cable is currently pulling channels from subscribers' packages & forcing them to renegotiate more expensive packages to get them back. @ShawInfo is doing it to me today, after pulling one channel last week, then 39 more today. #customerservice #fail #corrupt

So @ShawInfo had done something sneaky. Because I pay my bills on time and don't need auto-pay they charge me 5 Bux extra per line because I don't have autopay turned on. So 260 a month is now 280. Never missed a payment. #scam
