7th Cable Disruption of the Day. Easily the 100th since December What’s happened to @Shawhelp ? They Used To Be A Reliable Company, but it’s like they’ve given up on decent service and are just killing time until the @Rogers Takeover These New Cable Boxes are a Joke 😡

@Shawhelp @Shawhelp Can you please provide a helpful and detailed response as to what has caused this outage and an ETA of when service will be restored? This outage has been ongoing for 14+ hours at this point and more transparency is required.
