    @Shawhelp Rules for keeping me as a customer: NEVER EVER CALL MY CELL PHONE AGAIN EVER NOT EVEN IF YOUR OFFICE IS ON FIRE. CELL PHONES ARE FOR EMERGENCIES NOT CHATTING DO NOT CALL ME AGAIN AT 9pm EASTERN.

    @Shellz_Campbell Totally! Person shouldn't be cut off from all communication on gulf island in global pandemic. What if he has medical emerg or injury that prevents him hiking to neighbor's house to use phone to call for help? @Shawhelp should be prohibited from putting someone at risk this way

    @Bell_MTSHelps We switched to @Bell_MTS last week. 1gb Fibe. Internet went down once yesterday and 3 times today. Working from home and can't have that. Took over a week and 3 calls to have our number ported from @ShawInfo.

    @JohnnyPistola @Shellz_Campbell @Shawhelp It really costs #Shaw nothing to let him have his landline. And no one should be so isolated and cut off from phone communication over the holidays - especially in this Year of Covid when we are all hit by the isolation already. Plus the possible medical emergency issue.

    Holy smokes @Shawhelp setting up my new blue curve modem was the most painful experience of my life. It’s done now but good lord what a complete disaster from start to finish. App not working, links directing me to unhelpful information. Honestly. That was bad.
