@ShawInfo @Shawhelp I'm so frustrated. Our business line got disconnected. I've spoken to 4 different customer service/billing representatives and nobody can tell me why? I was promised a call back today and nothing....!

@aroc88 @Shawhelp Their retail locations don't accept equipment returns, either. We switched service during the height of covid and were threatened with collections because we weren't willing to go to the post office and stand in line to mail back.

@Shawhelp 1.5 years ago you people 'inspired' several others to offer Minecraft hosting services to me, a PWD, since you at Shaw were expose and proven to be randomly blocking people from a certain Burnaby node. RUDE! Never gonna forgive ya for that, especially as a PWD stuck at home.

@Shawhelp what is going on with your Internet service in Calgary, specifically Whitehorn? It's been going down daily for the better part of a week. When I call in they just say there's an issue in my area, but it's not getting any better. Hard to WFH when my ISP doesn't work!
