@AlbertaatNoon yes I've already made plans to cancel my @ShawInfo account if and when this merger goes through. All this will do is make Brad shaw an even richer person. Customers will suffer, and people will lose jobs.

@telus if Telus sales people were smart, they’d have a signup special right now for all the @Shawhelp people right now. Over 12 hours and no internet, no eta. Bad customer service.

Moving to an area that @ShawInfo @Shawhelp does not service and they won’t let us out of our contract. Is this an issue for the @CRTCeng?

@Shawhelp we had issues with wifi for many years and have made multiple calls/tweets. Finally an agent sent us a new splitter and said that was the solution. Now still no blue curve and terrible wifi. Will I ever get good service from Shaw???

@shawhelp Is internet service still down in parts of Edm? I had 7 outages on March 14 and since 9:00am on March 15 it has been down entirely. We are now over 24 hours of no internet service. For the cost of a 2yr contract I expect a reliable system or at least communication!

It would be nice if @Shawhelp updated their Support Articles. So many ones out of date that it is hard to find answers about products that I'm interested in!
