@ShawInfo absolutely terrible service Trying to help my parents get Wi-Fi up and running again. Wasted 2 with an agent online, then all of a sudden the agent is gone and I’m passed onto someone else. Yup great customer service, I would never ever recommend your services

Just had a 45 minute training session for work that I had to restart with only a few slides left due to @ShawInfo awful internet. More than one person using the internet in the house at once, no that's too much for us to handle. Makes writing articles really fun as well.

Since @RogersHelps bought @Shawhelp can I combine my cell phone and cable packages? Will I save money? I'm due for a phone upgrade, have hesitated switching phone to Shaw due to perceived decreased coverage and service.

@ShawInfo @thehackergals Will prices come down? That is what thousands of customers are asking? In many provinces. In many different cities. The burning question remains. 6 Billion dollars needs to be replaced. The interest rate and payment is very high.

@JustinTrudeau @ShawInfo @Rogers if the idea of Rogers and Shaw merging to improve infrastructure is something you like then allow Verizon and T-Mobile ,AT&T into the market. We wold get both infrastructure and low cost service. We need more choice not less.

@Shawhelp tried to alter my service plan two times and neither operator would carry out my wishes. Very simple change to my TVs plan and they would NOT do it. Is this what they are trained to do?
