    Tried to login to my @Shawhelp Mobile account using SMS 2FA. Somehow ended up with 6 one-time codes, and none of them worked. Tried the email option, which I got 20 minutes later. Nicely done, Shaw. When 2FA doesn't work, people can't access their accounts. We know that, right?

    @TELUS @LadyDuskcaller Your customer service thinks it's funny to transfer and disconnect. I have been trying for days and this morning for hours.
