@Shawhelp @Shawhelp Can you please provide a helpful and detailed response as to what has caused this outage and an ETA of when service will be restored? This outage has been ongoing for 14+ hours at this point and more transparency is required.

@Shawhelp so setting up the new internet and cable boxes, internet set up no issues. Cable boxes have not been able to bring the tv in for the last hour. Asks to reboot/reset each time. Even tried unplugging and nothing. Suggestions?

@adolwyn @Shawhelp I cancelled my Shaw after 20+ years recently & im so happy I did. Gotten way better service and the difference in internet is crazy already

@Shawhelp @PBenitez77 I just went through this with Shaw (Calgary). Was told it was dropped from my programming, not my request and to add it would cost me $😡. Looking at the outage page Reference # INC1102075, it’s a known issue and they are working on it. Its back up for us now.

@Shawhelp really crappy that you didn't bother to tell @TekSavvyCSR as soon as you knew Fort Mac was out. After time wasted on the phone troubleshooting you finally let them know why internet is down so they could tell customers. Still down with no ETA. Over 12 hours.
