Dear @Shawhelp …recording shows on our pvr is unreliable. Recording cuts out, freezes, etc. Refreshing and restarting doesn’t help. Why do we pay for this ‘service’ when we just rely on next day streaming? Your service is brutal and I can’t wait to cut my cable

@Shawhelp Having consistent issues with series recordings that are set but not actually recording. Has been occurring for a couple weeks now. Have cycled the modem and no luck. Waste of a feature currently.

I'm so sick of exploitative companies like @TELUS. I pay 120$ a month for internet and the service I receive is terrible. My internet has been down for 13 days now and they've done absolutely nothing to help me. I think it's time I make the switch to @ShawInfo
