    @Shawhelp Your customer service today is terrible. Asked for a call back and when it finally did it rang once. Trying to call back for the last 15 mins and calls won't even go through. This is absolutely ridiculous!

    How bad is #shaw? In 2 days of being a new mobile customer: incoming calls are being told my line is disconnected; the 4g/lte is roaming in my own home - and when it works its worse than dialup. I was lied to about visual voice mail by 2 reps. Cs has been a joke. @Shawhelp

    @Shawhelp That has been done last night. Our internet and cable service had been CRAPPY for a while now and all I get is being told to “troubleshoot”. No concrete solution. I don’t know how much you pay your technicians that comes over to houses but I find that even they are no help 😒

    @Shawhelp Hello Shaw :). My landline isn’t working im not able to hear a dial tone. Maybe something wrong on your end. And no body is able to make a call to it or @RogersHelps is there an outage in Abbotsford? :).
