@Shawhelp I’m at work with no internet now going on 5 hours. Your help desk says no tech can come until tomorrow. Anyway you can speed it up? Losing time to bid on work, invoice customers and we’ve gone back to paper work orders.

@ShawInfo ... why no internet connection? You have no phone support. Your chat bot and people can’t do anything because of a “maintenance issue”. Seriously WTF?! Is this how you respect customers? If we are disposable after thoughts, what do you think that makes you?

@fiacc @Shawhelp well the thing is technically it's not an outage as it's still working... it's just we are getting unusable download speeds of 1.7mbps rather than the ~100-600mbps we are paying for.

@Shawhelp pretty sure you can't help since it's affected more than one customer. PVR playback is fine. Channels are gone.
