    @Shawhelp internet got disconnected at my home this morning. Chatted with customer support, the earliest appointment is for Wednesday. And now I am waiting on the phone for past couple of hours to talk to someone. You guys know internet in these days are essential services

    @Shawhelp #shawsucks Give a telecom company 2 weeks notice to move into a new place and they still leave you high and dry without internet for 3 days cause they couldn't have sent a tech to hook it up on time 0/10 never go with shaw if they're an option

    @Shawhelp Well, finally got through. It seems the earliest appointment is Wednesday morning, simply unacceptable and too late given internet is an essential service. Cancelling my contract.

    @Shawhelp St.Vital Winnipeg, Hydro restored 5 hours ago and you say as soon the power restored the internet will be back, If I don’t pay the bill you will cut the service in the same minute, but when it’s from your side , no problem we have to wait

    @Shawhelp Internet keeps going on and off in Edmonton Evansdale area. Problem at Shaw? Not list on your website as an outage.

    @Shawhelp Just watching Pennywise and the tv screen froze for 10 seconds. Then went black for 2 minutes then came back. Then 5 minutes later went black again. Sure would have been nice if that Shaw tech came during the appointment time today to fix the signal strength issue.
