@Shawhelp Someone already looked into it and could not fix. They booked a technician to come out in 9 days. Why wouldn’t the person in the phone at Shaw have mentioned this? I’ll DM our info. I am not happy.

@Shawhelp I’m not a IT / Cell phone expert. I got my iPhone from a Rogers store. Activated here in Winnipeg and pay my bills here in Winnipeg. Could Shaw maybe flag this as an issue. ??
