we recently cancelled TV with @Shawhelp. they don't cancel until the end of the billing cycle, so we still have service. however, no new DVR recordings are happening. if related, this is some bullshit. we are paying for this service, and it should work as intended to the end.

Shaw just lost my business. Tried to order a new remote. Was told, "It's an accessory...therefore it will cost me $20 + 9. S.H. Good bye @Shawhelp Ordering new service provider tomorrow.
