    @Shawhelp support chat won’t even do anything other than state the obvious that there’s something wrong and tell me “things go down all the time with technology”. I’d really rather not have that happen “all the time” with my internet provide I pay a hefty price to.

    Dear @Shawhelp - in the last week, I have spoken to Ramon, Laurie, Jagdeep and now Vaidehee in your tech dept. & we have had two service people come out. Still experiencing crappy connections and no one can give me a date to fix. @TELUSsupport is looking better and better.

    @Shawhelp I called customer service this morning and asked to speak to a manager after the CS rep could not fix my billing issue. That was 8 hours ago - no call back yet
