    @Shawhelp Can you link to the relevant power outage issue so we can follow along? There's lots in Vancouver, but they are all small and very localized so no idea which one is the issue here.

    @Shawhelp your internet will not stop cutting out all week. Upload is destroyed and it’s a plant issue. Your customer service reps will be unable to do anything. What will be done about this?

    @Shawhelp I can’t even do that - your freedom mobile connection is garbage too and it barely allows me to connect. Tried 4 times on that hyperlink and it won’t load Shaw docsis prob bridged some freedom mobile connections that had poor reception lol I guess I’ll keep trying

    @Shawhelp It's a shaw mobile account as per my tweet, the form u sent sent me to my regular shaw account but I filled out a complaint there anyway. If #Telus were available in my building, I'd be switching today. After almost 25 yrs with Shaw. We're going to switch to telus mobile anyway
