    @ShawInfo Just had the worst experience with shaw that one can imagine. 10 days before moved explained I need Internet bz I WFH. Was promised I am moving at a service area just to take modern and it works. Now missing my work, and doesn’t very rude agents are rude msg. #worstshaw

    @ChrisLaBossiere @Shawhelp Also: If I had the option for Telus fibre internet, I would have switched. I'm actually in an area that doesn't have fibre service.

    For over 6 weeks, our cable feed has not worked. Over half of our channels are pixelated ‘ unable to watch. @Shawhelp hasn’t helped. With two trips here, blaming a feed problem outside the house, and providing no updates. This is just a desperate escalation on NFL Sunday!

    @ChrisLaBossiere @Shawhelp I had a similar problem in 1998 and until I got a manager in the phone, they didn’t figure out that there was a problem with the buried cable coming to the house. The ran a temp cable from the light pole. Fixed the problem. Then next spring they traced the buried cable.

    @DavidDa111877 @Shawhelp We’re moving in three months and will probably do just that. The problem is that I would rather stab my eyeballs before deal with utility companies.
