@FeralChristineB @akurjata Shaw telephone service claims to "filter out spam calls, including those from unregistered telemarketers." But no prompt option to block robocalls and their filter doesn't work well. Privacy options on but I still get numerous scam and spam calls. @shawhelp

@Shawhelp Was getting a message saying channel was temporarily unavailable, give us some time to fix it, then it would go to the previous channel. It seems to be ok now. Was able to go back to the begin of Jeopardy, I’m happy now. Thanks for the quick response

@Shawhelp Awful quality there isn't a day in the wifi signal fall down I though making and upgrade in the speed but even making that doesn't work and your instructions in the link are useless.

@Shawhelp i spent the last 2 hours resetting and power cycling my modem. the "technical support agent" tells me to keep doing this every 30 minutes. it's 3am.
