@Shawhelp It picked up after a while. But I have to say, I've never, ever, gotten anywhere close to 1.5Gbps. Pretty shady advertising guys.

@Shawhelp I am having issues with my Gateway system, wireless box, sound cuts out and my recordings are giving error codes. No issues with wired box though…any suggestions?

@Shawhelp The option to "hide" unsubscribed channels on the guide on the Gateway HDPVR is malfunctioning. Tech support has updated, reset, and rebooted remotely (I've done a hard reboot too) many times but the problem persists. Worked fine until recently. Settings are correct!

I hope @ShawInfo plans to pay for this day of lost work and explain to my staff why payroll is delayed because this is some insane bullshit. Also, when you have a recorded message about an outage, your website shouldn’t say “good news! No outages!”
