They have been out twice and “identified the problem” but had to get a different crew to fix it........well I am still waiting!!!! Three damn weeks. @TELUSsupport

Its a waste of time for me to even bother talking to them. When I explain this isnt my issue, I get talked to like im an idiot and dont have any idea what im talking about.

Contacted customer service many times, said I should be receiving it. No you can't blame Canada Post as my Shaw Internet bill was delivered just fine during the same time.
