@ShawInfo @MayorProvenzano @ShawTVSSM I am happy you are sponsoring great events. But your client service is worst. I called 4 times that internet is not working and lagging but your customer service people always disconnects the call. No supervisor has ever called back.

@VincentRule @DebRule65 @Shawhelp I had their older system before blue curve. I had to unhook both boxes...the plug the main one back in and let it reset fully. Then plug in the other box. Only solution I found to their crap system.

@ShawInfo We need better upload. I would much prefer 1GB up/down than any other features you've been working on. Restricting uploads is arbitrary and unnecessary.

@GroseAndrew @ShawInfo @Shawhelp We switched to Telus around 10 years ago. I don’t know what took us so long. So far so good. The one thing about change, it’s never permanent. You can always go back to Shaw.

My cell phone port away from Shaw Mobile is complete. If you are an iPhone 12 user, buyer beware. This seems to be a known issue. Big fan of @ShawInfo still, I hope they get this worked out. The Shaw Support team is why I'm mainly sad to have to switch. Top notch support.
