This was also noticed by a female customer. So unprofessional, and when I brought it to his attention he ignored me and continued.

This last outage was the longest, 24 hours. I’m now considering switching my TVs over to Telus after getting a $550 bill in error.

I don’t want to spend another hour and a half on the phone then be told it’s not your problem by someone in Belize. I pay $170/month and I can’t watch tv. Fix this!
