    @ShawInfo complaint. I called and talked to them about why their phones weren’t working and I was told they don’t have to tell us that the phones weren’t compatible. We will eventually get phones that work on their network cause it is a great plan I’m just upset they didn’t tell

    @Shawhelp I have tried DMing you guys. No response.? My internet has been out for over an hour, for the third day in a row. My kids missed online school this morning. And I’m completely fed up with your service.

    @Zach_Fleisher @Shawhelp @TekSavvyBuzz TPIA is third-party internet access. The CRTC mandates that physical infrastructure operators like Bell and Shaw must allow third parties to use those cables to your house. The third party can sell you internet service over those cables.

    We've been have issues with @ShawInfo since we switiched from @telus due to some savings they offered us. Poor customer service and imcompetent staff. Keep your Telus accounts people

    @Shawhelp I did get in contact with you guys. After unplugging, resetting over and over again. Its still not working!

    @ShawInfo why is the PVR so horrible. Skipping, not recording whole episodes, no sound.
