    @sa20_98 @Shawhelp called them today, the router shat itself and stopped releasing a signal, took me 45 minutes to deal with the problem by chat. Worst. Service. Ever.

    @Shawhelp It's interesting your Black Friday offer made to me today was to almost double my bill and give me 300mb instead of the 600mb I have. The $90 Telus 1gb down/1gb up seems so much better than the $125 for 1gb down / 100mb up. 2 weeks with no internet wasn't cool too.

    @ShawInfo @Shawhelp me and my friends are all having packet loss issues in cowichan bc I’ve checked my pc it’s not on my end it’s your service is this gonna be fixed or no it’s been 2 days.

    So, so, so beyond upset that @Shawhelp locked me into a contract without my knowledge. No spoken word, no signature, nothing. @TELUS has an incredible #BlackFriday deal and I just wanted to see if Shaw had a lower cost I could take advantage of. Not a happy customer right now.

    so far in the past week @ShawInfo has 1) assured me my internet would not be cancelled, then deactivated my internet service without my permission 2) told me they do not have a loyalty department but transferred me to the loyalty department multiple times (cont'd)
