  • Bryan_Leitch Bryan Leitch (@Bryan_Leitch) reported

    @Shawhelp I called your help line today. The customer service agent checked with colleagues, came back & said they are aware of the glitching and banding issues on some channels. The question now is, when are you going to fix it? Telus has offered to pay my early disconnect fee + promo.

  • fotogtom Tom Thomson (@fotogtom) reported

    @Shawhelp Shaw is a multi billion dollar technology company and it can’t program a back button to go back and change a setting? Instead you have your customers jump through hoops to get a refund and then start from scratch? And then tell them they will never be allowed a refund again?

  • Bryan_Leitch Bryan Leitch (@Bryan_Leitch) reported

    @Shawhelp As I said. Both via a phone call today, then again in chat, I was told you are aware of the problem. I don’t need to speak to techs. It just needs to be fixed.

  • annelisegashus lizouyyc (@annelisegashus) reported

    @AnnamariaAlbo @Shawhelp Why is the Calgary outage not listed on the website? 2 hours now…

  • vtragicallyhip Miss V 🇨🇦 (@vtragicallyhip) reported

    @Shawhelp Service issueS. Outages and interruptions are the only thing we CAN count on. We have wasted hours upon hours on chat and phone with multiple reps. Offered to send us a new modem but then wanted us to sign a new contract. Hilarious. How bout give us equipment that actually works!

  • PeterVogel Peter Vogel (@PeterVogel) reported

    Seems there is no wiggle room or negotiation on pricing for internet/TV any longer with @Shawhelp. "Sorry to see you leave" is now part of the playbook if you call and simply try to match the current pricing on a 2-year service plan. It's been a long time, since the Rogers days.

  • _SaltedEarth eva, liminally spaced (@_SaltedEarth) reported

    @Shawhelp Is there an outage in Vancouver West end/Kitsilano? 😭😭😭😭

  • TheRealBigShaw Shawzy (@TheRealBigShaw) reported

    @Shawhelp Fix your network, gawd

  • annelisegashus lizouyyc (@annelisegashus) reported

    @Shawhelp Really needs to be on website so we know that it’s an outage and nothing to do with individual account.

  • MeanLeaf Mean Leaf (@MeanLeaf) reported

    @Shawhelp So it was confirmed to be an issue with noise caused by trees. Someone shut our line off without making a note of it, will I be compensated for those two days I was without service?
