  Apparently there's a problem with internet, other services provided by @Shawhelp in #NewWestminster. I have TV cable, internet but unable to login to my Shaw Webmail, Shaw Account. Recorded message when I call the Shaw phone number says no indication when it will be resolved.

  @TELUS you suck! I did ONE move order and ended up calling 5 times with billing issue within 1 month. All you L&R assured me my billing will be correct and it’s not! If I need to call you 6th time, I’m cancelling all my services. @ShawInfo let’s talk.

  @ShawInfo hello, I’d really like to get some details about something. My Internet has been out for over a day and is now affecting my ability at work. This is quite an insane SLA. I Cannot get any information on an expected resolution. I can give you an incident number

  @Shawhelp No he didnt. Yes i was able to talk to the tech support same day and booked the tech appointment again. Called tje support again and the agent told me the tech cancelled it

  @Shawhelp service has been out since yesterday. I have an incident number. It is still out today & is now affecting my ability to work from home. Can I get more information on the expected resolution. Rethinking my relationship with Shaw now as an outage this long is unacceptable
