    @Shawhelp Hey @Shawhelp, how about you get some technicians working on getting our services back up and running? Our area has been out since Friday and NOTHING has been done. Five calls with support now to get zero answers. “They’re working on it” doesn’t mean anything anymore.

    @Shawhelp If I'm at home and have WiFi Calling enabled no problem I can make and receive calls and texts. As soon as I go anywhere data stops working, I can't send/receive texts and I can't make calls. Things like Google Maps won't work, can't stream music, can't even dial 611.

    @Shawhelp switched to a new fancier pacakge with blue curve TV this week, nothing but issues....is the network down I have no cable but my internet is working fine!

    @Shawhelp My phone will show strong service (3-5 bars). If I connect to a WiFi network again (e.g. Passpoint) the service will come back. For example, last night, went to Hillside Mall -- 5 bars of service -- but phone was completely unusable.

    @ShawInfo @GamingStadiumCS I have been tormented on Shaw Chat only to have an immature supervisor contact me. Your business model of multiple expiring promotions is shady and your internet service is shoddy. Shameful

    @Shawhelp The SHAW “service” we pay for really sucks. This will be the 2nd time this year we will have to change our PVR, loose all the recordings after waiting days for service. We also had to wait 3 days for a snail mail replacement remote ctrl. in a city of 1 Mill.😡 UR about 2B Dumped.

    @Shawhelp Never thought I’d be switching my services over to the hellscape that is Telus, but the complete lack of support this weekend has me booked in to get our Optik services set up on Wednesday. Do. Better. Hell, just do something.

    @Shawhelp It hasn’t worked since November 25th. You guys sent a tech once. After that you keep saying it’s an outage, nothing listed on the site.

    @Shawhelp I've been a Shaw mobile customer now for a few years and generally until the last 6 weeks I've been happy with the service. I'm noticing lately that the service has been absolutely brutal.
