    @Shawhelp be advised that the Equipment Guide for Shaw's Fibre+ Gateway 3.0 (XB8) is not available for the residential edmonton alberta market . i was given non accurate details about upgrading to newer equipment by ontario chat support.

    @Shawhelp picture and sound glitches out every few minutes and every other few minutes the screen will go black for at least a second. Tough to watch. I have rebooted everything and the problem remains. Just moved to Shaw a week ago, internet seems fine but TV is not. Any ideas?

    @Shawhelp I never asked to have it reactivated. Didn't have a new house yet. But you refused to correct the error. Then you sent it to a collections agency. What a scam. Worst customer service ever. 🖕

    @shawhelp you are no help. All ur customers are struggling but your giant company is not. You are cold and harsh in a world where ur customers are being gouged everywhere else. Where is ur kindness and compassion. No value for loyal customer of 23 yrs.

    @shawhelp you have no customer loyalty appreciation. I’m appalled at the disgusting treatment I got after being a customer for 23 years. What a joke! Turn ur nose up after I described my grief and depression. GO ANYWHERE BUT SHAW- DONT LEAVE TELUS
