    Just called Shaw Mobile on Mom's behalf about an issue. "I can't talk you to you about her account. You're not authorized." "Yes I am. That's exactly what we did the last time I called." "It's not here, I don't see it. You'll have to do it again." Grr. @Shawhelp

    @GlobalTV @GlobalTV_PR @Shawhelp wow what's up with the reception tonight? First the Global/CBS is interrupted for like 10 minutes of FBI by some stupid informercial and then on the actual Global channel it's no sound? lame.

    @ShawInfo your customer service is horrendous. I got hung up on today after being on the line for over an hour trying to fix my grandmothers internet. She’s been overpaying, 90$ a month for 5 mb down, for probably at least 5 year! Her modem and router are outdated. Im fuming.

    Hey @ShawInfo your service has sucked the last couple of days in the Clareview area. It keeps dropping out. Router says all is fine but no Internet. Which is really a piss off at night when I'm stuck up sleepless. And during the day when my wife is trying to earn a living. Fix it
