Currently trying to decide between @TELUS @TELUSsupport and @Shawhelp for home service. Shaw took 1 minute to talk to a rep and I’m currently on a one hour wait with Telus. So far Shaw is killing Telus in every category!

@ShawInfo Yours is LITERALLY the worst service across the board I've EVER had. Ever since adding Shaw TV to my account I've been plagued with ****** signals, incorrect bills, ***hole customer service reps. Now I know why you force folks into a 2 yr contract. I'm out ASAP.

@Shawhelp You've been having problems with ALL channels since at least 3:00 PM today! I filed a complaint with the BBB because your customer service is atrocious! You've just pushed us over to Telus... that call is being made tomorrow. Good riddance.
