Currently trying to decide between @TELUS @TELUSsupport and @Shawhelp for home service. Shaw took 1 minute to talk to a rep and I’m currently on a one hour wait with Telus. So far Shaw is killing Telus in every category!

@ShawInfo Yours is LITERALLY the worst service across the board I've EVER had. Ever since adding Shaw TV to my account I've been plagued with ****** signals, incorrect bills, ***hole customer service reps. Now I know why you force folks into a 2 yr contract. I'm out ASAP.

@Shawhelp Good to hear you're now acknowledging the outage (Shaw told a friend in Nanaimo there was no outage). Maybe once you've go this fixed you can get Minister Dix and Bonnie Henry to acknowledge the reality of airborne spread in schools? Because they're having an honesty outage.

@JayIsPainting @Shawhelp FWIW, over the years I’ve had a number of bad Telus experiences however when they put fibre to our house we went back to them and their service to us the last few years has been quite good. (Including handling our switch from old house to temp apartment to hooking up new house).

I'm just about done with @Shawhelp Nothing but problems all summer. Internet was out &/or terrible for a good portion of June & July...3 technician visits, and now it's out again. Good thing I bought a wifi card for my desktop so I can use my hotspot so I can work.
