    Currently trying to decide between @TELUS @TELUSsupport and @Shawhelp for home service. Shaw took 1 minute to talk to a rep and I’m currently on a one hour wait with Telus. So far Shaw is killing Telus in every category!

    @Shawhelp Sorry doesn’t cut it anymore. 2 years as a Shaw Customer; every day I have 20-30 drops in service or significant outages. Shaw’s service is the worst I’ve had in 30 years of having cable/internet.

    @Shawhelp - 3 hours since purchased & still no resolution to activating my WiFi extender - the Shaw app keeps closing. WiFi but no Internet. Online support not helping - going back & forth now for 2 hours!!
