Kevin Schellenberg (@skates2010) reported from Squamish, British ColumbiaCurrently trying to decide between @TELUS @TELUSsupport and @Shawhelp for home service. Shaw took 1 minute to talk to a rep and I’m currently on a one hour wait with Telus. So far Shaw is killing Telus in every category!

} Fr33dym For Cetaceans 🌊🌊🌊 (@akastes) reported from Squamish, British Columbia@ShawInfo Yours is LITERALLY the worst service across the board I've EVER had. Ever since adding Shaw TV to my account I've been plagued with ****** signals, incorrect bills, ***hole customer service reps. Now I know why you force folks into a 2 yr contract. I'm out ASAP.

Lindsay I.R Wiebe (@LindsayWiebeRD) reportedWell, it’s Sunday afternoon and @Rogers and @Shawhelp never came through with a better plan, so it appears that my services will be discontinued tomorrow after making some calls to Costco’s internet, Teck savvy, Bell & Telus. If anyone has any suggestions on providers, send em.

Heldy (@HeldyCarvalho) reported@Shawhelp @Rogers @RogersHelps I have been with Shaw 10+ years. They used to use automatic card updating services that update expiry dates automatically. Rogers does not use that. Does not notify users. Just charges them $70. At least tell users that service is removed.
