Ever since adding Shaw TV to my account I've been plagued with ****** signals, incorrect bills, ***hole customer service reps. Now I know why you force folks into a 2 yr contract. I'm out ASAP.

Kevin Schellenberg (@skates2010) reported from Squamish, British ColumbiaCurrently trying to decide between @TELUS @TELUSsupport and @Shawhelp for home service. Shaw took 1 minute to talk to a rep and Iβm currently on a one hour wait with Telus. So far Shaw is killing Telus in every category!

I am just wondering how is that you guys donβt tell your employees that weβre having a system shut down. Had I not checked to see this I would probably still be working on my cable box trying to fix it.

How ******** do the reps not know there is an outage. What a ****** joke of customer service. This is customer service.

Ohh yes sir there is. Why ******** did I waste 45minutes at 11pm when I could be asleep for work. So itβs my fault then.

Simon Lolliot (@simonlolliot) reported@Shawhelp Thanks for the reply! I've tried all of those. The internet just seems to cut out for 10min and then start up again. Both wifi and plugging directly into the router. No outages reported in my area (UBC) and no previous issues either
