    @Shawhelp picture and sound glitches out every few minutes and every other few minutes the screen will go black for at least a second. Tough to watch. I have rebooted everything and the problem remains. Just moved to Shaw a week ago, internet seems fine but TV is not. Any ideas?

    @Shawhelp as of yesterday our landline has been harassed by an Amazon scam and they have been calling non stop since 7:15am today! Any way you are able to help stop these calls? The number changes every since call but my elderly mother is getting really worked up over it

    @IBMninja @Shawhelp I had worse customer service than that recently from Verizon. So awful that I spent several hours over a few days trying to switch back to my previous cell provider. Unsuccessfully. But @VerizonSupport is worse.

    @TELUS @TELUSsupport I have contacted you 2x to resolve simple issue with home internet: 1x by tel 1x by chat. Both times unable to resolve a simple issue. I will try 3x and then switching to @ShawInfo.

    @Shawhelp Thanks. Not right now. We had set up a change of services but due to the complexity of the home network this was scheduled for Friday. We called to ask a few questions about the tv pods (doesn’t work with bridge modem) and the agent switched our services without authorization.
