@ShawInfo whatever expansion you are into your business, customers don’t deserve to have NO working wifi and suffer. All our school are relying heavily on your service. How could you???????

@malcolmert @Shawhelp Its true. I have shaw as well and same thing. I went and bought the Google wifi boosters and it solved the problem. That said, shouldn't cost $300 in equipment to make your wifi serviceable.

@MrsFonger @ShawInfo Why were they customers for 40+ years if it’s so bad? Is it possible that maybe it’s just this one time that there were problems? Man... people are incredibly disrespectful.

@nenshi with Covid causing everyone to work from home , how can we tolerate @Shawhelp taking 2 days to a week in order to restore an essential service !?

@Butlrr @SeanyeWest234 @Shawhelp id definitely rather buy one of those too instead of giving shaw another dime... having said that, if they say the modem covers up to 3K sqft, and it doesn't, I'm not willing to pay out of my pocket to fix that

@malcolmert @Shawhelp Yeah, I don't know. I just hardwired it and the new network it created was good enough to cover the rest of the house.
