    @Shawhelp I signed up for two more years, shaw shipped a new device.Everything on the old device worked perfectly but I'm having trouble with the new one.Chatted to tech support and was told sucks to be you, nothing I or anyone else at Shaw can do to help, figure it out yourself.

    @Shawhelp ok asked to be downgraded back to my old 300 plan and return the BlueCurve device.Soon as I plugged my old device back in everything started working again.Been a Shaw customer for a years but I won't forget this experience Support is atrocious; product is appalling.

    @Shawhelp Internet issues in Transcona (Winnipeg). I can access pretty much every other website other than getting a connection to work (any MB government site)
