@Shawhelp I've done everything that I've been told the last 5 times. I can't fix your equipment that isn't on my property. I've been messaged and told to go to the CBC Consumer Watchdog because of the duration and severity of the issue. Good idea.

@Shawhelp We’re okay. Speeds have taken a hit right now we’re about 300ish (I pay for gb), but that is almost normal (normal is 450). Thanks for your help, but there is little you can do on a best effort line. Thanks for checking in.
