    @Shawhelp Starter at 10 pm on Sunday night. Internet is LAGGY and even shuts off for a few minutes. It's 12:48 am and still nothing. Been waiting for 3 hours on the 24 hour support line at the website, no response from anyone yet.

    @Shawhelp Is there something going on with the internet/TV in the Edmonton area? TV was unwatchable last night and internet was atrocious - about 7 mb/s down. Better this am but I’m only getting about 44 down and 4.9 up on the 300 plan which should be much closer to 300/15

    @Shawhelp is there still an outage in the Winnipeg/Robertson, MB area?? internet and cable went down around 8PM last night. its been 11 hours.

    @GroseAndrew @Shawhelp I thought it was just me. It was like every show I watched was incorporating the “Soprano Finale” every 30 seconds. Shaw is bad and getting worse.

    @ShawInfo so frustrating, day 3 of no internet. Makes working from home so difficult. Do you think I should be using my personal data, when I pay for home internet? Need a better fix than just “restarting the modem”.

    @freedomsupport As you found out Yes you have to be a current or former @ShawInfo customer in order to get @FreedomMobile Home Internet !
