    @Shawhelp Yes I called and they needed to send a technician which took 4 days and it’s still happening. He doesn’t know his account number and I can find it right now plus there’s a 2+ hour wait right now for technical support which I’m not waiting because last time they couldn’t help us

    @Shawhelp your internet is absolute garbage! First you send techs over and over again to come fix my net when the issues are apparent then you have the Gaul to raise my bill and give me the SAME crappy service?! You aren't getting another bill until you fix this garbage #FuckShaw

    @ColleenDFitz @ShawInfo @Shawhelp No worries. I did my own installation and it was a cinch. Removing 100' of coaxial cable was the tough part. I did spend about 20 minutes on the phone with a CSR about channels that I was not supposed to be getting, but I usually use Twitter DM's with them. Ask if you need help.
