    @Shawhelp has **** the bed again. We installed #BlueCurve TV in October, and we've had issues with it every month since. I think this switch to @TELUSsupport is going to happen sooner than later. It's not worth the paper it's written on.

    @WKRPinCanada @Shawhelp No. Have never seen that. Mine is just glitchy. Like when there is a storm out and affecting a transmission tower.

    @Shawhelp We where waiting on the computer as well as a phone call for over three hours. We are currently back on with a rep but 3 hours? A complete joke and very disappointing. There is no excuse for this poor customer service.
