    Get this… I tried to call @ShawInfo to cancel Paul JR’s internet because he won’t be moving back to his apartment. They want a $300 cancellation fee and his past due balance of $117 paid or they’ll continue to bill him the full amount of $115/mth for a service he can’t use

    @Shawhelp Is there a problem with CNN in Surrey, BC today? The channel keeps going blank for a few seconds. I have re-booted the box and it hasn't helped.

    @Shawhelp is there an outage in Metchosin BC? The internet has been very slow all evening and has completely stopped working now. Reset the router a couple times already.
