There wasn't any bad weather or anything. What's the process to cancel the service. As I will be filing a complaint with the CRTC as well.

Shaw can’t send a TEC to fix until May. Chat line is useless. No customer service. 2 weeks senior citizens no service. Pathetic! Brutal!
