Very impressed with @ShawInfo tonight. My remote totally quit working, I called on the weekend, and a new remote arrived in my mailbox today. I'm normally critical of Shaw, but tonight I'll give credit where credit is due. Thank you for your service. 📺

@Shawhelp tecnician came today to fix an issue with inconsistent cable and internet. Left saying it was an issue with the line, but that it should work the way it was until the line crew could be dispatched. Have now been on the line with support for 45min as we have NO CABLE 1/2

@Shawhelp TV has gone down, looking like a result of no internet. Modem.happily flashing yellow or orange, whatever that is. All boxes have been un plugged and plugged back in. Central City area Surrey. Internet based TV is better, why?

@Shawhelp Full of excuses. Keep getting techs down to say they fixed. Can’t watch recorded shows without network errors. High prices, low commitment. Then they say to DM them so others don’t see the message.

Once again @ShawInfo's service is down. (To be fair, it may not be their fault. It's always possible that BC ferries had a malfunction and ran down a telephone pole in Whalley.)
