@MrPremji @Shawhelp @MrPremji Hi there, we understand your frustration. Due to extensive damage from a fire, crews are still waiting to access some of our damaged equipment. We're hoping to receive an update between 12 p.m. and 2 p.m. today. We appreciate your patience at this time.

@Shawhelp customers welcome to the ********. Expect longer wait times and **** customer service since @RogersHelps bought Shaw. #fuckrogers

  • sc2019de porygon (@sc2019de) reported

I would recommend that all Canadians avoid @ShawInfo ’s internet service. In a pandemic requiring WFH, their Blue Curve crashed and cannot be repaired until Saturday. I would lose my job. I am seeking alternate internet arrangements.

@ThatIndianArmy1 @ShawInfo Shaw is the worst. Third World quality service in Walnut Grove. @ShawInfo

  • ObiOnyemaobi Sabastien Obi Onyemaobi (@ObiOnyemaobi) reported

@NEWS1130 @ShawInfo @Shawhelp This Shaw outage is the third major outage that we've experienced in the last month. Why would a single fire cripple all Shaw services? Completely unacceptable.... Especially when people are working from home and cannot access anything externally!

  • Toony24_ Toony (@Toony24_) reported

@Shawhelp I’m going to agree that statement is false. Nobody I know including my self that has been affected by this outage has service back yet

  • lubasndo valent|n0 (@lubasndo) reported

@Shawhelp any reported internet outage in burquitlam area?

  • marionetta marionetta (@marionetta) reported

@Shawhelp Thank you. I'll wait until the service comes back up and then contact you.

  • ObiOnyemaobi Sabastien Obi Onyemaobi (@ObiOnyemaobi) reported

@Shawhelp This does not explain how a multi-billion dollar corporation, with customers province-wide, does not have a plan in place for network redundancy in the event of a catastrophe. Redundancy is a must in the ISP world, especially to avoid these types of issues.
