@Shawhelp That sounded a bit snarky. I don't expect Shaw to connect every house for free. I'd assume outlet activation cost would be covered during initial service purchase/setup. Nobody ever told us we'd be charged $50/coax outlet if we wanted to move our devices around in our own home.

@Bell_MTS @Bell_MTSHelps … the 8-12 app’t showed up .. late.. tells me i need a new line. MTS chat says this will happen before Nov 2?? So now no cable, internet, etc at all until then.. hello @ShawInfo.. wondering u provide service with less than a 9+ week window?

@Shawhelp why wont you answer the phone. This is the second time in the space of a week ive had issues. theres no point in a support line i have to tie the phone up with for an hour on hold.
