I have been getting internet that goes out for 20-40min 7-10times everyday for 2 months, i got 1 technician then had to call another after the issue was still there They both said it’s good and fine but 1/2

The first time I mentioned it was via a chat, next time was DM. There is some picture but mainly scrambled pixels. I shouldn't have to pay full pop for less than 100% product.
