    @Shawhelp My Internet went down at 10:30 tonight and every call to your customer service was dropped on your end. Can’t connect to anyone on chat. This is unacceptable. Please advise.

    1/3 Tried to negotiate with @ShawInfo to bring our bill down to where it was before the promo wore off and they offered me a plan that was basically the same price (still almost $200). (was willing to ditch cable tv to get it down to about $100 for phone and internet)

    @DianeMariePosts @ShawInfo We used to find it in our letterbox. I kept complaining to Canada post and we haven’t had one for months. Pure fabricated garbage, not fit for the bird cage.

    @Shawhelp Incidentally, your service page indicates that the issues with incoming calls dropping to CS has been resolved. As of 10:30 tonight it clearly hasn’t.
