@olegkutkov @SpaceX @FedorovMykhailo I’ve had Starlink since it’s initial availability in Canada - this is amazing to see it working there! Can I ask how the payment/subscriptions are handled? Is the service free of charge? What if someone steals the dish and router? I presume SpaceX would be able to deactivate it?

@EarnKevin @elonmusk Technology is improved over time so they get better or exceed expectations. Advantage of a dish is you are not tied down to a fiber line, that can be disrupted by earth quakes. Starlink web ensure there are no single point of failure there is alternative route to the web.

@wk057 well, the whole thing let me reconsider and in the end I don’t want starlink for now. It still seems to have problems, uses a lot of energy and is last but not least quite expensive. And is a bit cumbersome to install.
