    @startca it has been over 48 hrs since my new modem has been registered but my internet speed is still the same. My wife wants to switch to Bell as Fibe was just installed in my neighborhood. I decided to stay with Start for their customer service but this is embarrassing.

    @Gooni3Gamess @startca And I as well have had start since it came to london on. This is the worst it’s ever been with no sign of change. I’m done with you guys. Changing to new service provider next week.

    @startca @_MadDuck I don't want your help anymore, my focus has changed to finding a new ISP and making sure that everyone I encounter I let them know what a sh!t service I received and recommend any other service.

    @startca She is absolutely certain that she is not a prepaid (PAD) customer. She'll def need to call to sort this out. Thank you.

    @startca Normally, I'm a fan of Start, until today. My elderly friend is your customer. Her internet bill is due on Monday Sept 5th. She pays manually through her bank (not PAD). Why today, did you try to bill her CREDIT CARD for her Sept 5th payment?
