    oh @TELUSsupport it is ***** to buy @startca shove us to Altima Telecom which doesn't have a self service option, only has phone customer service during banking hours while also having bought Koodo, offering internet there, not being able to combine accounts

    @startca Any update on the outage in Mississauga? Connection has been flapping for about 4 hours now and when I spoke to support around 10am, they couldn't find anything identifying an outage but the guy suspected there would be one soon.

    Thank for bullshit customer service for the last 5 years @startca but your HOUR wait times to get through to billing and nothing but connection issues EVERY MONTH I'm done **** you guys
