    @startca @NeilDowsonPEC IF YOU SIGN UP FOR WELFARE SERVICE YOU GET WELFARE SERVCE. DODGE THIS GARBAGE, WELFARE SERVICE. When it works it's fine, when it doesn't they just blame the customer, or Rogers, or the Tooth Fairy, anything to get you off the phone.

    oh @TELUSsupport it is ***** to buy @startca shove us to Altima Telecom which doesn't have a self service option, only has phone customer service during banking hours while also having bought Koodo, offering internet there, not being able to combine accounts

    @sxc234 @startca It's been losing internet 3 times a day ever since tells took over it sucks now, been looking elsewhere that's not Bell or Roger's. If u find any let me know.

    Hi friends 👋🏻 My modem is no longer working & @startca wants to charge me an increase for a new modem. My internet just increased & I can't even stream because the bandwidth is too low. Can sum1 help me w an affordable provider in #ontario #internet #help

    @startca @chachee1976 Yes. We aren’t dumb. To be clear for you though: We’ve had service with the BIG GUYS and it was utter BS service and customer service. We chose lil guy because of that. Now lil guy is BIG GUY and so we wonder and ask, should we expect more BS like the BIG GUYS serve? We think YES

    @startca having issues with no internet. Is there an outage in downtown Toronto? I called your customer service line and the gentleman was less then helpful.
