    @startca I have multiple friends with this service that have complained about the same problems as I have. I don't know the severity of there intermittent issues but it does seem to indicate that this isn't isolated to me.

    oh @TELUSsupport it is ***** to buy @startca shove us to Altima Telecom which doesn't have a self service option, only has phone customer service during banking hours while also having bought Koodo, offering internet there, not being able to combine accounts

    @startca having issues with no internet. Is there an outage in downtown Toronto? I called your customer service line and the gentleman was less then helpful.

    @NeilDowsonPEC @startca @startca does suck, after months of no support, no help, useless staff I finally decided to pull the plug on this welfare garbage service. The cable literally disconnected at the pole 2 weeks ago, its been lying on my lawn and they still haven't fixed it. DODGE THIS **** SERVICE!

    @RogersHelps Why nothing for @startca customers who fall under your broken infrastructure? That’s not right. I lost a day of work because of that.

    @startca Internet at my mom's place in Ottawa keeps going down randomly (3rd time today), very unreliable. Any reason for this?
