    @startca just wondering if there’s an issue with Sportsnet Ontario? We’d like to watch the Leaf game, but the channel will no load. Every other channel is fine.

    Hey @startca, you guys really need to bring back 24h tech support. 8 am to 9 pm is not sufficient. Hell, 5-6 reps would be all you would need. Even if it was just live chat for the other 11 ******* hours of the day. If my internet [my only source of entertainment] goes down... 1/

    @startca Any update on the outage in Mississauga? Connection has been flapping for about 4 hours now and when I spoke to support around 10am, they couldn't find anything identifying an outage but the guy suspected there would be one soon.
