@startca TSN 4 looks horrible, are you still sending this in 30fps? That’s what it looks like, not so good for live sports.

  • mfg81 Micah ⚽🚲 (@mfg81) reported

@startca Hey, got busy at work. Power cycle on modem did fix. Ty

  • jimmycanuck Jim Squires is probably on fire 🔥 (@jimmycanuck) reported

Just tried to call @cogeco to ask a basic pricing question as I try to help my mother-in-law with her wifi, and was told that their modem rental pricing isn’t standardized?!? What in the holy hell?! ENDLESSLY glad I switched to @startca years ago.

  • jimmycanuck Jim Squires is probably on fire 🔥 (@jimmycanuck) reported

@cogecohelps @cogeco @startca So when my mother-in-law is using an older non-wifi modem, she would have to change her whole service to get a wifi one? She couldn’t just upgrade the modem?

  • Serbtastic Mike Stankovic (@Serbtastic) reported

@startca it looks like internet just went down in Stoney Creek, possibly weather related?

  • SaltedCashews Christopher Lewis (@SaltedCashews) reported

@geebs1983 @beisan @startca Ran into same, but lines were Rogers. On the Start side, I get Tier 3 help. She spent days narrowing down very odd and specific issues, and even tried to 'fudged reports to get Rogers out twice to tweak things - which worked. Love Start overall, but can't wait for their fibre.

  • elizabethz92 Betharoo⁷ (@elizabethz92) reported

@startca Perhaps if you’re going to raise the prices, your internet service should actually connect. Where is that covered in literacy

  • geebs1983 Jordan (@geebs1983) reported

@startca @Olee22090047 You were told over and over and over, I replaced literally every bit of equipement and wires in my home, including the modem and routers. I told you it was at the pole, I told you in less than fav weather the internet went in and out...YOU ALWAYS BLAME ROGERS OR THE CUSTOMER.

  • mypinkjeep Elle🦩🇨🇦 (@mypinkjeep) reported

@RogersHelps Why nothing for @startca customers who fall under your broken infrastructure? That’s not right. I lost a day of work because of that.

  • stvndxn Steven Dixon (@stvndxn) reported

@startca any known issues in the midhurst (L4N) area? Internet has been down for an hour, modem can’t acquire downstream channels, wondering if it’s weather related or if I’m just lucky. :)
