    @startca I have had 2 restart my internet twice in the first 10 mins of walking up, and this is a daily thing. Yesterday we had to restart the internet 5 times. Start was supposed to send a tech twice, both times I was stood up without a call. "Customer service" is worthless, no help.

    My internet went down (for the second time) so I called support. The gentlemen was amazing and helpful. I hoped to share the love,by the time I made it back to my computer my internet had once again crashed. I love @startca and I usually have no complaints but come on 😭

    Just has the worst customer service from @startca (Sherri?) that it almost makes me want to switch to Rogers. Abysmal and rude. (Also, doesn’t help that there’s an outage that they won’t even attempt to help resolve.)
