    @ally_young81 @startca For that Leaf game , I had to go over to the neighbours who use Bell/Fibe, they laugh at my Start issues. The game was clear as a "Bell". I didn't tell them about the quality of CNN on Start TV, it's too embarrassing.

    Hey @startca, we've been trying to get our Internet service back up and running. However, we've been unable to contact anyone to come out and assist for the past few days. Been in hold multiple times with no help for 2 hours each time

    Do you know what's the worse in watching #FIFAWorldCup with @startca? Is that the signal is so delayed (about a minute and a half) that my in-laws are able to voice message us from whatsapp the telling about the goal/offside #bra #sui

    @startca We do not have fibre service at our location, still on cable service. And I was told that was no ETA for fibre in the neighbourhood.

    Hey @startca, you guys really need to bring back 24h tech support. 8 am to 9 pm is not sufficient. Hell, 5-6 reps would be all you would need. Even if it was just live chat for the other 11 ******* hours of the day. If my internet [my only source of entertainment] goes down... 1/
