Odd, we pay for 250mbps of internet speed but aren't receiving nearly that from @startca 🤔 unplugged the modem, the router, heck we even got a new pc today but still pretty poor on the download speed 🤔 the upload speed is exactly what we're paying for but this is odd...

@startca any known issues in the midhurst (L4N) area? Internet has been down for an hour, modem can’t acquire downstream channels, wondering if it’s weather related or if I’m just lucky. :)

@ally_young81 @startca For that Leaf game , I had to go over to the neighbours who use Bell/Fibe, they laugh at my Start issues. The game was clear as a "Bell". I didn't tell them about the quality of CNN on Start TV, it's too embarrassing.

My internet went down (for the second time) so I called support. The gentlemen was amazing and helpful. I hoped to share the love,by the time I made it back to my computer my internet had once again crashed. I love @startca and I usually have no complaints but come on 😭

@startca having problems connecting to most websites. Diagnostics are giving DNS server error. Hearthstone and Spotify are strangely working, though.

@cogecohelps @cogeco @startca So when my mother-in-law is using an older non-wifi modem, she would have to change her whole service to get a wifi one? She couldn’t just upgrade the modem?
