@startca @NeilDowsonPEC YOU AREN'T HELPFUL, why should I waste hours and hours of my time when you no showed me 3 times. I've canceled your garbage service and I'll be making sure that everyone I know will know exactly how garbage your service is. DODGE THIS CRAP SERVICE!

Neither @rogers and @startca will get a technician here to fix my internet after a @Rogers technician disconnected my NON-direct Rogers line while hooking up another unit's internet until tomorrow morning. Both seem to think its acceptable to make us go without internet....

@startca having issues with no internet. Is there an outage in downtown Toronto? I called your customer service line and the gentleman was less then helpful.
