  @startca I have had 2 restart my internet twice in the first 10 mins of walking up, and this is a daily thing. Yesterday we had to restart the internet 5 times. Start was supposed to send a tech twice, both times I was stood up without a call. "Customer service" is worthless, no help.

  @stillkvl @startca For what it’s worth, the precious service I’ve received from Start has been great. Maybe I just got the wrong person on the wrong day. Was just so dismayed by her lack of empathy and caring.

  @startca is there an outage in East York? Haven't been able to get internet for nearly an hour, router has been restarted and appears to be fine.
