    oh @TELUSsupport it is ***** to buy @startca shove us to Altima Telecom which doesn't have a self service option, only has phone customer service during banking hours while also having bought Koodo, offering internet there, not being able to combine accounts

    Hey @startca, you guys really need to bring back 24h tech support. 8 am to 9 pm is not sufficient. Hell, 5-6 reps would be all you would need. Even if it was just live chat for the other 11 ******* hours of the day. If my internet [my only source of entertainment] goes down... 1/

    @startca having issues with no internet. Is there an outage in downtown Toronto? I called your customer service line and the gentleman was less then helpful.

    @startca just wondering if there’s an issue with Sportsnet Ontario? We’d like to watch the Leaf game, but the channel will no load. Every other channel is fine.
