    @startca it has been over 48 hrs since my new modem has been registered but my internet speed is still the same. My wife wants to switch to Bell as Fibe was just installed in my neighborhood. I decided to stay with Start for their customer service but this is embarrassing.

    @Gooni3Gamess @startca I am having nothing but crap internet connection. The last 2 or 3 months. Absolute garbage. The internet just went down again. Keeps cutting out intermittently. Very hard to work from home online with this bs!!!!!! I’m so frustrated with you start. 70 bucks a month. 🤬

    @startca My normal Internet connection is not working fine, since normal traffic sent to me does not get delivered.

    @Gooni3Gamess @startca And I as well have had start since it came to london on. This is the worst it’s ever been with no sign of change. I’m done with you guys. Changing to new service provider next week.

    @startca @_MadDuck You could have helped me any one of the numerous times I called support, you could have helped by having the technician actually show up to the appt. Why do I have to complain on social media to get any attention?
