    @startca I mean considering my wifi never works during the day and it cools down at night...

    @startca No thanks. The past 3 times this has happened, I call but you can't fix it over the phone, so I have to schedule a tech to come over. By the evening, the issue's resolved, so I have to call back and cancel the tech only to hear that "yes there was an outage in your area earlier".

    @startca internet down in wortley area for me, tried power cycling twice but no go. Any knowledge of what's going on?

    @startca None of the above interestingly - I mainly use a desktop computer with a wireless adapter because there's no good way of running ethernet in my ancient townhouse, and powerline is slow.

    Between getting my DSL cost jacked up one month into service and signing up for a new house with @startca and getting a call 30 minutes later that they don't actually service the house that their website said they do, this company has been absolute garbage to deal with.
