@startca Here we go again, school is back and Start can't handle the volume. Start TV down. (CNN has been up and down all summer.) Funny just yesterday one of the big providers (starts with an R) offered a better price door to door.

@startca @_MadDuck You could have helped me any one of the numerous times I called support, you could have helped by having the technician actually show up to the appt. Why do I have to complain on social media to get any attention?

@Gooni3Gamess @startca I am having nothing but crap internet connection. The last 2 or 3 months. Absolute garbage. The internet just went down again. Keeps cutting out intermittently. Very hard to work from home online with this bs!!!!!! I’m so frustrated with you start. 70 bucks a month. 🤬

@startca it has been over 48 hrs since my new modem has been registered but my internet speed is still the same. My wife wants to switch to Bell as Fibe was just installed in my neighborhood. I decided to stay with Start for their customer service but this is embarrassing.
