    @cogecohelps @cogeco @startca So when my mother-in-law is using an older non-wifi modem, she would have to change her whole service to get a wifi one? She couldn’t just upgrade the modem?

    Just tried to call @cogeco to ask a basic pricing question as I try to help my mother-in-law with her wifi, and was told that their modem rental pricing isn’t standardized?!? What in the holy hell?! ENDLESSLY glad I switched to @startca years ago.

    @startca are there any know issues with internet downtown London? I cannot connect even after a reboot.

    @startca just wondering if there’s an issue with Sportsnet Ontario? We’d like to watch the Leaf game, but the channel will no load. Every other channel is fine.
