    @startca @NeilDowsonPEC How many times do I have to call? 3 tech's no show, 3 days of missed work & I still have a cable lying on my lawn. How many times should I miss work? How much time should I spend on the phone with your tech "support"? No offer to compensate me but my full bill keeps rolling in.

    @startca @oxio_internet We should need very little support if you provided good quality and reliable internet. It used to be good a couple of yrs ago. I don’t know happened to you guys. I hope you are aware that your reputation is no longer a good one.

    @startca Any issues reported in the Etobicoke area, as my Internet has been down for about the last 30 minutes, even after a power cycle of the modem.

    @startca good morning - I am so disappointed with your poor customer service response times. I gave up after 80 minutes last week and am 27 minutes and counting this morning just to get my new modem activated.

    oh @TELUSsupport it is ***** to buy @startca shove us to Altima Telecom which doesn't have a self service option, only has phone customer service during banking hours while also having bought Koodo, offering internet there, not being able to combine accounts

    @startca hi there. It says there the service is currently having issues in some areas of Toronto? Just want to confirm if just me or there is some outages
