  • MaikurrTo Michael To (@MaikurrTo) reported

@startca @Cdn_SupahFly Hi I second this issue, my connection is faulty and I'm having trouble at work. I am connected via ethernet cable, so it's not a wireless issue.

  • slicemage Slicemage (@slicemage) reported

@startca None of the above interestingly - I mainly use a desktop computer with a wireless adapter because there's no good way of running ethernet in my ancient townhouse, and powerline is slow.

  • PennyCrosley12 Penny Crosley (@PennyCrosley12) reported

@startca None right now i still have no internet from the outage...

  • robtmayo Robert Mayo (@robtmayo) reported

  • DolLang1975 Dol Lan (@DolLang1975) reported

@CP24 What does that literally equate to in #dollars and #cents. How are smaller companies like the Southwestern service provider @Startca that piggyback on @Rogers how will they reimburse customers & how timely will this all happen.

  • mikesmoniz MisanthropicHumanist (@mikesmoniz) reported

@hainsworthtv I’ve been with @startca out of London here in the Hamilton area using Cogeco cable infrastructure(who I left because of the stupid pricing). Speed always been consistent as advertised around 120 Mb down per my plan & have had no issues.

  • Poirier7R Don Poirier (@Poirier7R) reported

@startca so now that the dust has settled and rock the park is over and done what's the word on rebates for the outage?

  • mynameisasong_ Barbara-Anne Elstone (@mynameisasong_) reported

  • ttninan Tripti Ninan (@ttninan) reported

@startca Glad we are reconnected! Will we be receiving a credit for the time the internet was down? Rogers is providing 5 days of credit to its customers.
