oh @TELUSsupport it is ***** to buy @startca shove us to Altima Telecom which doesn't have a self service option, only has phone customer service during banking hours while also having bought Koodo, offering internet there, not being able to combine accounts

@fanCRTCProfling No. All I ever got was a blanket statement that they do not compensate for any reason. As it just so happens, my internet has gone down now while I'm trying to work from home. Almost 16 months now and nothing has been resolved. Pathetic! #CRTC #CCTS @startca @Rogers

Hi friends 👋🏻 My modem is no longer working & @startca wants to charge me an increase for a new modem. My internet just increased & I can't even stream because the bandwidth is too low. Can sum1 help me w an affordable provider in #ontario #internet #help

@NeilDowsonPEC @startca @startca does suck, after months of no support, no help, useless staff I finally decided to pull the plug on this welfare garbage service. The cable literally disconnected at the pole 2 weeks ago, its been lying on my lawn and they still haven't fixed it. DODGE THIS **** SERVICE!
