    Hey @startca can you get a hold on your buddy @cogeco, and reestablish my internet connectivity? I never imagined that upgrading my speed would immediately cause disruption.

    oh @TELUSsupport it is ***** to buy @startca shove us to Altima Telecom which doesn't have a self service option, only has phone customer service during banking hours while also having bought Koodo, offering internet there, not being able to combine accounts

    @geebs1983 @beisan @startca Ran into same, but lines were Rogers. On the Start side, I get Tier 3 help. She spent days narrowing down very odd and specific issues, and even tried to 'fudged reports to get Rogers out twice to tweak things - which worked. Love Start overall, but can't wait for their fibre.

    @startca @oxio_internet We should need very little support if you provided good quality and reliable internet. It used to be good a couple of yrs ago. I don’t know happened to you guys. I hope you are aware that your reputation is no longer a good one.

    @startca having issues with no internet. Is there an outage in downtown Toronto? I called your customer service line and the gentleman was less then helpful.

    @startca Any issues reported in the Etobicoke area, as my Internet has been down for about the last 30 minutes, even after a power cycle of the modem.
