    Thank for bullshit customer service for the last 5 years @startca but your HOUR wait times to get through to billing and nothing but connection issues EVERY MONTH I'm done **** you guys

    @startca @NeilDowsonPEC How many times do I have to call? 3 tech's no show, 3 days of missed work & I still have a cable lying on my lawn. How many times should I miss work? How much time should I spend on the phone with your tech "support"? No offer to compensate me but my full bill keeps rolling in.
