    @startca @TELUSsupport sharing feedback that I never had to wait more than 10 minutes on hold prior to Telus purchasing and I'm currently at 1 hour and 52 minutes of being on hold...so much for friendly neighbourhood company

    @startca @MoonIitPhoenix Same in Alcona innisfil off 2 or three times now and been down steady since10:30. I can see the modem lights when it goes down. So I know when it come up.. no voip or internet

    Hi friends 👋🏻 My modem is no longer working & @startca wants to charge me an increase for a new modem. My internet just increased & I can't even stream because the bandwidth is too low. Can sum1 help me w an affordable provider in #ontario #internet #help

    oh @TELUSsupport it is ***** to buy @startca shove us to Altima Telecom which doesn't have a self service option, only has phone customer service during banking hours while also having bought Koodo, offering internet there, not being able to combine accounts
