    @startca You had your chance to help me but instead stood me up twice causing me to miss work, meaning I didn't get paid for those days. I no longer want your help, I now just want to make sure everyone knows what a terrible service this is and the even worse customer service provided.

    @startca having problems connecting to most websites. Diagnostics are giving DNS server error. Hearthstone and Spotify are strangely working, though.

    @RogersHelps Why nothing for @startca customers who fall under your broken infrastructure? That’s not right. I lost a day of work because of that.
