    @GabrielCPinto @startca I don’t game so I can’t speak to speeds regarding that, but have no issues using streaming services with them ie Netflix Disney+, Amazon prime. I actually have their IPTV service as well and I’m quite happy with it

    @startca You guys going to inform your customers what's going on or what? 2 days now sporadic internet. No answers in DMS or support chat. Pathetic support services. Also if anyone else sees this I'm currently looking for a new provider that will support its customers!

    My internet went down (for the second time) so I called support. The gentlemen was amazing and helpful. I hoped to share the love,by the time I made it back to my computer my internet had once again crashed. I love @startca and I usually have no complaints but come on 😭

    @startca so it says connected but nothing is loading, the constant issues with my internet connection is getting beyond frustrating

    @startca All you need is a bigger dish or possibly a feed horn rotation to fix the problem. But if your looking int alternative sources perhaps you could look into sourcing Newsnation and BBC news. You can never have enough news sources and you defenetly don’t have enough !
