@startca are there any reported outages in east London my internet went down about 7mins ago. I only have 2 lights on modem one solid green and one flashing green. I already did reset on modem and router same result.

@startca Simply communicating this to your clients would save a lot of frustration and calls for help. There is a world of ways to keep your customers informed. "Known current issues and outages" should be front and center on your website. Be proactive so your customers aren't reactive.
