@startca This is the worst internet on the planet, if you want to stream, play a video game, play in a casino, watch music on youtube, work from home or preform any other task that requires constant internet than this is not the product for you.

My internet went down (for the second time) so I called support. The gentlemen was amazing and helpful. I hoped to share the love,by the time I made it back to my computer my internet had once again crashed. I love @startca and I usually have no complaints but come on 😭

@cogecohelps @cogeco @startca So when my mother-in-law is using an older non-wifi modem, she would have to change her whole service to get a wifi one? She couldn’t just upgrade the modem?

@startca We've been over this, ALL of my equipment is new & the placement is correct. If its isolated to my residence why did you stand me up the 2 times you were supposed to come out? Like I said, DODGE THIS INTERNET...SUPPORT IS NEARLY NONEXISTENT.

@ally_young81 @startca For that Leaf game , I had to go over to the neighbours who use Bell/Fibe, they laugh at my Start issues. The game was clear as a "Bell". I didn't tell them about the quality of CNN on Start TV, it's too embarrassing.
