-
Chef L'âne (@Chef_Lane) reported@startca I know you were not responsible for my Internet outage this week as your cable Internet runs in @Rogers infrastructure. Do you have Fiber in the Westmont are is London that doesn't use cables owned by Rogers?
-
Liannabelle FYMM (@Liannabelle88) reported@nobotbeaulieu @startca Could be, seems most in town on Start lost connection in the middle of the night until about 8am. I've only lost service once and it was a blackout across 4 towns so I'm not sure if it's maintenance or if the Rogers lines are still having issues.
-
Edna (@D3Edna) reported@startca I'd love to phone you but my internet is so slow a voip call keeps getting dropped! London, Ontario 10:22 pm on Sunday July 10, 2022
-
Nelson (@wouwounl) reported@startca Still no internet, I guess it’s the price we pay for second tier Rogers customer?
-
unownedspaces (@unownedspaces) reported@startca Will you be crediting customers affected by Friday’s outage ?
-
C̴нєяуʅω (@CWChapter2) reported@vasta @startca Ours in NW (@startca) isn’t stable yet either. I’m still continually defaulting to my old bell hi-speed phone service for reliable connection. I was wondering the same thing, hoping it’s back to normal by Monday!
-
Jeremy McCall (@jmccall54) reported@blaineschalk @startca Yeah so it’s an option for those other reasons for sure, but teksavvy would be $7 a month cheaper than what I pay now for the same service.
-
Proud Liberal (@Jhericho38) reported@unownedspaces @startca They already said on their feed here they will. They're just waiting to see what the scope and duration of the outage is. Can't no the duration until everyone's back to normal, though.

MisanthropicHumanist (@mikesmoniz) reported@hainsworthtv I know it would be like shuffling decks chairs on a sinking ship but hopefully Rogers sees a crap ton of subscribers bail on them in the next few weeks. Ideally people would switch to other third party providers like TekSavy or @startca instead of another big Telco

SoB0158 (@SoB0158) reported@startca better provide technical support and return the service then to spread panic and try to divert and distort reality. Still do not have Internet as of this evening
