    @startca You had your chance to help me but instead stood me up twice causing me to miss work, meaning I didn't get paid for those days. I no longer want your help, I now just want to make sure everyone knows what a terrible service this is and the even worse customer service provided.

    My internet went down (for the second time) so I called support. The gentlemen was amazing and helpful. I hoped to share the love,by the time I made it back to my computer my internet had once again crashed. I love @startca and I usually have no complaints but come on 😭

    When are @Bell_Support or @startca going to offer residential fibre in downtown #ldnont? You’d think with their physical stations near/in the core this would be yesterday’s news. Appears they are OK with letting @Rogers have all the gigabit service money.
