    @startca No thanks. The past 3 times this has happened, I call but you can't fix it over the phone, so I have to schedule a tech to come over. By the evening, the issue's resolved, so I have to call back and cancel the tech only to hear that "yes there was an outage in your area earlier".

    @startca Yeah while I’ve been waiting for fibre for that was promised would be installed in my area for on 3+ years now…cmon do better Start. I’m tired of paying $80 for a 75mb download. While my friend pays $105 for 1000 down.

    @startca If you power cycle the modem 3 times in front of a mirror, a Rogers tech will appear! All jokes aside, I'm back up and running! Looks like there was issues at the box on the street.

    @startca cable internet in Orleans/Ottawa appears to be down. Modem can't seem to find a connection after a reboot. Any outages atm? 🤔

    @startca Was expecting a few dollars credit based on outage last month given that Rogers gave a 5 day credit to their customers.

    @startca Simply communicating this to your clients would save a lot of frustration and calls for help. There is a world of ways to keep your customers informed. "Known current issues and outages" should be front and center on your website. Be proactive so your customers aren't reactive.
