    @startca Morning! Is it worth calling for a new issue? My internet is out and hasn't been all weekend. I just don't know if it's related to the outage or a new issue, no Rogers except cellular in my community.

    @Jhericho38 @startca Yeah I feel so sorry for them after they jacked up the price of my internet subscription by 15$ a month after I started my service with them, while decreasing the cost of other people's fibre at the same time. It's a good thing start has such good little slaves defending the corp

    @vasta @startca I’m not sure if it will help you, but our internet was still all wonky this morning. I changed our router’s DNS settings to use Google’s instead of Rogers/Start’s and after an hour everything was better.

    @ChrisMi74417341 @ShaziaC49004611 @startca They ARE installing their own; it's just a long process. They're rolling out in London, ON now, and as they're able, they're making their own Fibe network available to all their customers. They aren't sitting on their hands; they're being proactive.

    @startca Hi! We’re in day three of the outage for us — just curious if there’s an ETA for resolution, especially since everyone else seems to have been sorted out by yesterday morning and we’re still stuck here hotspotting our phones and over-maxxing our mobile data…

    @slicemage @startca Indeed, your staff have been champions in working and doing everything they can in this. I've seen some irate customers expressing their frustration, but I know you're working hard to serve us, and you're a frustrated customer yourself, of Rogers' Bulk Internet. Thanks to you all

    @AndrewMcC19 @startca If you're upset about prices, then contact your Member of Parliament and the Minister of Communications. They're the ones that failed to draft new legislation to compensate for Rogers' Lawsuit that exempted them from the Bulk Customer Pricing Legislation.

    @Nickle488 @startca Oh, lord! NEVER go to BELL! They are crap in a ****-shack! Outages at least every month; unannounced bill increases that they're happy to "find you a better plan" for, but are counting on people not bothering and fleecing the sheep. Customer service queues are a nightmare!

    @vasta @startca Ours in NW (@startca) isn’t stable yet either. I’m still continually defaulting to my old bell hi-speed phone service for reliable connection. I was wondering the same thing, hoping it’s back to normal by Monday!
