    @cdntruthseekr Now @startca is telling me they can’t reconnect for at least 3 business days. WTF. Plus, it took me 1h35m to speak to a human AND they tell me I need to wait in line for any further communication. Terrible company that scams paying customers.

    @startca my internet has been down all day, it connects to every device but will not load, you app says weak signal, and I’ve been on hold for 2 hours. Yet when I access your site there is 0 notice about outages. Safe to say there’s an issue no ?

    Thank for bullshit customer service for the last 5 years @startca but your HOUR wait times to get through to billing and nothing but connection issues EVERY MONTH I'm done **** you guys
