    @startca our internet has been down 8 hours. (Oshawa L1J ) I WFH so need it. Phone is VOIP so that is gone too. Don’t have data to spare on cell so can’t fill in with that esp with the docs I need. Any idea as to when it will be fixed?

    Spouse ended up just canceling the service. That took the last half of the 3 hours to complete. Appalling customer service. In contrast, I have been having issues with home internet and every time I call @startca I get just one agent, who is knowledgeable, genial...

    @startca @_MadDuck I don't want your help anymore, my focus has changed to finding a new ISP and making sure that everyone I encounter I let them know what a sh!t service I received and recommend any other service.

    @startca Or maybe if one of the dozens of times I called your "support", they were actually helpful than maybe I wouldn't have to reset the equipment so much.

    @startca @_MadDuck You could have helped me any one of the numerous times I called support, you could have helped by having the technician actually show up to the appt. Why do I have to complain on social media to get any attention?

    @startca Not sure how you can't know as I'm sure everyone in the building has called their internet providers to complain. Rogers guy was here at 815am, said there's no signal to the entire building. So is Rogers not talking to you or the other way around? Day 4 without internet.
