    @startca Hello Start, are there any issues in East London reported? Both internet & TV have dropped. Power-cycled all units but still no go?

    oh @TELUSsupport it is ***** to buy @startca shove us to Altima Telecom which doesn't have a self service option, only has phone customer service during banking hours while also having bought Koodo, offering internet there, not being able to combine accounts

    @startca having issues with no internet. Is there an outage in downtown Toronto? I called your customer service line and the gentleman was less then helpful.

    @startca good morning - I am so disappointed with your poor customer service response times. I gave up after 80 minutes last week and am 27 minutes and counting this morning just to get my new modem activated.
