    @startca having issues with no internet. Is there an outage in downtown Toronto? I called your customer service line and the gentleman was less then helpful.

    oh @TELUSsupport it is ***** to buy @startca shove us to Altima Telecom which doesn't have a self service option, only has phone customer service during banking hours while also having bought Koodo, offering internet there, not being able to combine accounts

    @startca just wondering if there’s an issue with Sportsnet Ontario? We’d like to watch the Leaf game, but the channel will no load. Every other channel is fine.

    @MGirash @beisan @startca I'd second them. No issues with speed, throttling, caps, etc. Only downtimes were network-wide from the big ISP's they use, but their customer service was always clear about communicating it.

    Hey @startca can you get a hold on your buddy @cogeco, and reestablish my internet connectivity? I never imagined that upgrading my speed would immediately cause disruption.

    @startca internet has been out since late Wednesday here in Toronto :(. Support has been called twice with promises made to send someone out. Just sent you a support email from your site and this tweet. I need the services restored to work from home please 🙏🏾
