When are @Bell_Support or @startca going to offer residential fibre in downtown #ldnont? You’d think with their physical stations near/in the core this would be yesterday’s news. Appears they are OK with letting @Rogers have all the gigabit service money.

@startca I have multiple friends with this service that have complained about the same problems as I have. I don't know the severity of there intermittent issues but it does seem to indicate that this isn't isolated to me.

My internet went down (for the second time) so I called support. The gentlemen was amazing and helpful. I hoped to share the love,by the time I made it back to my computer my internet had once again crashed. I love @startca and I usually have no complaints but come on 😭

Just tried to call @cogeco to ask a basic pricing question as I try to help my mother-in-law with her wifi, and was told that their modem rental pricing isn’t standardized?!? What in the holy hell?! ENDLESSLY glad I switched to @startca years ago.

@cogecohelps @cogeco @startca So when my mother-in-law is using an older non-wifi modem, she would have to change her whole service to get a wifi one? She couldn’t just upgrade the modem?
