    @startca Why have we STILL not received any email communication about the outage from you guys?! I get that it was a rogers issue but some acknowledgement would have been kind. Are your customers going to receive any compensation?

    Between getting my DSL cost jacked up one month into service and signing up for a new house with @startca and getting a call 30 minutes later that they don't actually service the house that their website said they do, this company has been absolute garbage to deal with.

    Does anyone know if there is another @startca / rogers outage? Internet keeps dropping (and reconnecting so far hopefully) but kind of annoying lol
