    @vasta @startca I get it. And we all have bad days. I would just hate for the overall customer service to go a specific direction.

    @startca I have had 2 restart my internet twice in the first 10 mins of walking up, and this is a daily thing. Yesterday we had to restart the internet 5 times. Start was supposed to send a tech twice, both times I was stood up without a call. "Customer service" is worthless, no help.

    @AydaPublic @startca This is garbage service, I've been told a tech was coming twice and both times they stood me up without even a phone call.

    @startca Did all the updates, restarted, rebooted and reset. Still having major buffering problems. Never been this bad.

    @startca No, we've been over this, I no longer want your help. You could have helped me the 2 times I got stood up by your tech. Now...I just want to make sure everyone knows.

    @startca is there an outage in East York? Haven't been able to get internet for nearly an hour, router has been restarted and appears to be fine.
