    @startca Any issues reported in the Etobicoke area, as my Internet has been down for about the last 30 minutes, even after a power cycle of the modem.

    oh @TELUSsupport it is ***** to buy @startca shove us to Altima Telecom which doesn't have a self service option, only has phone customer service during banking hours while also having bought Koodo, offering internet there, not being able to combine accounts

    @cdntruthseekr Now @startca is telling me they can’t reconnect for at least 3 business days. WTF. Plus, it took me 1h35m to speak to a human AND they tell me I need to wait in line for any further communication. Terrible company that scams paying customers.

    @startca Can you also look into Sportsnet 1? Channel 407? The audio is fine, but the streaming pauses and then rapidly catches up every few minutes. We find that sportsnet and sometimes the TSN channels have this issue. No others.

    @startca @chachee1976 Yes. We aren’t dumb. To be clear for you though: We’ve had service with the BIG GUYS and it was utter BS service and customer service. We chose lil guy because of that. Now lil guy is BIG GUY and so we wonder and ask, should we expect more BS like the BIG GUYS serve? We think YES

    @startca My digital phone service is no longer "registered" for some reason. Been on hold over an hour now. wtf?
