    @startca Can you explain why the service is so inconsistent? Because every time I've reached out, I'm always told that there is no record of an issue on your end

    @startca I have multiple friends with this service that have complained about the same problems as I have. I don't know the severity of there intermittent issues but it does seem to indicate that this isn't isolated to me.

    @startca are there any know issues with internet downtown London? I cannot connect even after a reboot.

    @startca We've been over this, ALL of my equipment is new & the placement is correct. If its isolated to my residence why did you stand me up the 2 times you were supposed to come out? Like I said, DODGE THIS INTERNET...SUPPORT IS NEARLY NONEXISTENT.
