    oh @TELUSsupport it is ***** to buy @startca shove us to Altima Telecom which doesn't have a self service option, only has phone customer service during banking hours while also having bought Koodo, offering internet there, not being able to combine accounts

    DO NOT USE @startca. Their product is awful and their customer service is even worse. Looking at you A. Kelleher-Lizotte and Emilie C. WORST ISP out there

    @startca @chachee1976 Yes. We aren’t dumb. To be clear for you though: We’ve had service with the BIG GUYS and it was utter BS service and customer service. We chose lil guy because of that. Now lil guy is BIG GUY and so we wonder and ask, should we expect more BS like the BIG GUYS serve? We think YES

    @beisan The worst internet I have ever had is @startca .... Technical support are nice but useless, they can't fix anything you couldn't fix yourself and when a problem happens they blame Rogers. They stood me up twice for service apt's without letting me know and still no fix.

    @startca @chachee1976 Yes. We understand that. You missed the sarcasm…about how we expect utter **** LIKE we ALWAYS got when we were with the BIG guys. It’s why we were with lil guys. Now you’re BIG GUYS, we expect utter **** LIKE BIG GUYS ALWAYS SERVED US. #yaclearnow
