    Just has the worst customer service from @startca (Sherri?) that it almost makes me want to switch to Rogers. Abysmal and rude. (Also, doesn’t help that there’s an outage that they won’t even attempt to help resolve.)

    @startca so it says connected but nothing is loading, the constant issues with my internet connection is getting beyond frustrating

    @startca I have had 2 restart my internet twice in the first 10 mins of walking up, and this is a daily thing. Yesterday we had to restart the internet 5 times. Start was supposed to send a tech twice, both times I was stood up without a call. "Customer service" is worthless, no help.

    @startca is there an outage in East York? Haven't been able to get internet for nearly an hour, router has been restarted and appears to be fine.

    @AydaPublic @startca This is garbage service, I've been told a tech was coming twice and both times they stood me up without even a phone call.
