    @startca is there an outage in East York? Haven't been able to get internet for nearly an hour, router has been restarted and appears to be fine.

    @startca You guys going to inform your customers what's going on or what? 2 days now sporadic internet. No answers in DMS or support chat. Pathetic support services. Also if anyone else sees this I'm currently looking for a new provider that will support its customers!

    @stillkvl @startca For what it’s worth, the precious service I’ve received from Start has been great. Maybe I just got the wrong person on the wrong day. Was just so dismayed by her lack of empathy and caring.
