@startca I have had 2 restart my internet twice in the first 10 mins of walking up, and this is a daily thing. Yesterday we had to restart the internet 5 times. Start was supposed to send a tech twice, both times I was stood up without a call. "Customer service" is worthless, no help.

@startca having problems connecting to most websites. Diagnostics are giving DNS server error. Hearthstone and Spotify are strangely working, though.

My internet went down (for the second time) so I called support. The gentlemen was amazing and helpful. I hoped to share the love,by the time I made it back to my computer my internet had once again crashed. I love @startca and I usually have no complaints but come on 😭

@startca If you want to game you can't If you want to work from home you can't If you want to use gambling sites, you can't There is 1 upside, weight loss. I've lost 10 pounds going up and down the stairs 5+ times a day to reset my internet.

Just tried to call @cogeco to ask a basic pricing question as I try to help my mother-in-law with her wifi, and was told that their modem rental pricing isn’t standardized?!? What in the holy hell?! ENDLESSLY glad I switched to @startca years ago.
