    @startca switching internet services. I am tired of the unstable internet speeds. I am now paying 70 bucks a month for poor performance. I have found a new provider with better speeds and 20/month less. Thank you #Oxio

    @startca having issues with no internet. Is there an outage in downtown Toronto? I called your customer service line and the gentleman was less then helpful.

    Seriously. @startca is absolute garbage. I’ve been a customer since October and now on my 15th outage. Why oh why did I leave Teksavvy

    @startca @NeilDowsonPEC IF YOU SIGN UP FOR WELFARE SERVICE YOU GET WELFARE SERVCE. DODGE THIS GARBAGE, WELFARE SERVICE. When it works it's fine, when it doesn't they just blame the customer, or Rogers, or the Tooth Fairy, anything to get you off the phone.

    @startca absolutely the worst isp out there. Customer service included. Almost a hundred a month and without exaggeration, cant watch a single video online without it buffering multiple times. Finally had enough

    @startca @NeilDowsonPEC How many times do I have to call? 3 tech's no show, 3 days of missed work & I still have a cable lying on my lawn. How many times should I miss work? How much time should I spend on the phone with your tech "support"? No offer to compensate me but my full bill keeps rolling in.
