    @startca Yes, I've never had an issue contacting your team if I need support. I can't say the same regarding the "big three" where you're stuck on hold for 2+ hours.

    Still waiting to hear from @startca to see if there are any outages. Have re-started modem and router more than once. Still no internet at home (good thing I’m not working right now). All lights on modem, but are completely solid. What a pita.

    @Gooni3Gamess @startca And I as well have had start since it came to london on. This is the worst it’s ever been with no sign of change. I’m done with you guys. Changing to new service provider next week.

    @Gooni3Gamess @startca I am having nothing but crap internet connection. The last 2 or 3 months. Absolute garbage. The internet just went down again. Keeps cutting out intermittently. Very hard to work from home online with this bs!!!!!! I’m so frustrated with you start. 70 bucks a month. 🤬

    @Gooni3Gamess @startca @startca is a joke, you could go with pretty much anybody else and get better service, I'm switching ASAP!

    @startca Here we go again, school is back and Start can't handle the volume. Start TV down. (CNN has been up and down all summer.) Funny just yesterday one of the big providers (starts with an R) offered a better price door to door.
