    My internet went down (for the second time) so I called support. The gentlemen was amazing and helpful. I hoped to share the love,by the time I made it back to my computer my internet had once again crashed. I love @startca and I usually have no complaints but come on 😭

    @startca How are you guys going to keep your fibre going when you still haven’t fixed the CNN interference problem? You have been supposedly switching to an alternative source since July!

    @startca having problems connecting to most websites. Diagnostics are giving DNS server error. Hearthstone and Spotify are strangely working, though.

    @stillkvl @startca For what it’s worth, the precious service I’ve received from Start has been great. Maybe I just got the wrong person on the wrong day. Was just so dismayed by her lack of empathy and caring.
