Ty (@F8TheUncreator) reported@startca you guys need to figure out a way too let us know the service is down and an estimated time it's coming back on, paying for services that don't work on a regular basis is not what anyone wants. If it's an issue with the lines you rent, time too look at new lines to run.

Technical support are nice but useless, they can't fix anything you couldn't fix yourself and when a problem happens they blame Rogers. They stood me up twice for service apt's without letting me know and still no fix.

Eric Duquette (@eduquette313) reported@startca last night spent 2 hours and 13 mins on phone waiting someone. Then it hit 9pm snd it hung up. I called 30 mins waited this morning and had to leave for work because i couldnt do work last night because no internet. Now been on hold currently 30 mins waiting. Help me
