    oh @TELUSsupport it is ***** to buy @startca shove us to Altima Telecom which doesn't have a self service option, only has phone customer service during banking hours while also having bought Koodo, offering internet there, not being able to combine accounts

    Thank for bullshit customer service for the last 5 years @startca but your HOUR wait times to get through to billing and nothing but connection issues EVERY MONTH I'm done **** you guys

    @cogecohelps @cogeco @startca So when my mother-in-law is using an older non-wifi modem, she would have to change her whole service to get a wifi one? She couldn’t just upgrade the modem?

    @startca Can you also look into Sportsnet 1? Channel 407? The audio is fine, but the streaming pauses and then rapidly catches up every few minutes. We find that sportsnet and sometimes the TSN channels have this issue. No others.
