    @startca Any issues reported in the Etobicoke area, as my Internet has been down for about the last 30 minutes, even after a power cycle of the modem.

    oh @TELUSsupport it is ***** to buy @startca shove us to Altima Telecom which doesn't have a self service option, only has phone customer service during banking hours while also having bought Koodo, offering internet there, not being able to combine accounts

    Seriously. @startca is absolute garbage. I’ve been a customer since October and now on my 15th outage. Why oh why did I leave Teksavvy

    @startca @Rogers @RogersHelps I can but I don't see the point...I spent the morning on the phone with technical support who told me there is nothing Start can do until tomorrow morning. It was a Rogers technician that disconnected my internet.

    @startca absolutely the worst isp out there. Customer service included. Almost a hundred a month and without exaggeration, cant watch a single video online without it buffering multiple times. Finally had enough

    @RogersHelps Why nothing for @startca customers who fall under your broken infrastructure? That’s not right. I lost a day of work because of that.

    @startca Can you also look into Sportsnet 1? Channel 407? The audio is fine, but the streaming pauses and then rapidly catches up every few minutes. We find that sportsnet and sometimes the TSN channels have this issue. No others.
