@startca Will we be receiving a credit for the 3 day outage last month? Nothing different on my bill today

  • steve_ca2002 Keep Left (@steve_ca2002) reported

@startca Hey Start! Did you forget to pay the bill @ CNN? More rate increases and less service AGAIN!

  • DarianRoy1 Darian Roy (@DarianRoy1) reported

@startca any updates on the upcoming bills to those who were effected by the Rogers outage?

  • JordLee25 Jordan (@JordLee25) reported

@startca No thanks. The past 3 times this has happened, I call but you can't fix it over the phone, so I have to schedule a tech to come over. By the evening, the issue's resolved, so I have to call back and cancel the tech only to hear that "yes there was an outage in your area earlier".

  • steve_ca2002 Keep Left (@steve_ca2002) reported

@startca Simply communicating this to your clients would save a lot of frustration and calls for help. There is a world of ways to keep your customers informed. "Known current issues and outages" should be front and center on your website. Be proactive so your customers aren't reactive.

@startca None of the above interestingly - I mainly use a desktop computer with a wireless adapter because there's no good way of running ethernet in my ancient townhouse, and powerline is slow.

  • PennyCrosley12 Penny Crosley (@PennyCrosley12) reported

@startca None right now i still have no internet from the outage...

  • BAMBO_TV Cazz Bham (@BAMBO_TV) reported

@startca Internet is out in Ottawa Valley. Tried calling tech support as a previous tweet said. Only get a busy signal.

  • tedrampart Trev McNaughton (@tedrampart) reported

@startca If you power cycle the modem 3 times in front of a mirror, a Rogers tech will appear! All jokes aside, I'm back up and running! Looks like there was issues at the box on the street.

  • tedrampart Trev McNaughton (@tedrampart) reported

@startca internet down in wortley area for me, tried power cycling twice but no go. Any knowledge of what's going on?
