@startca @NeilDowsonPEC How many times do I have to call? 3 tech's no show, 3 days of missed work & I still have a cable lying on my lawn. How many times should I miss work? How much time should I spend on the phone with your tech "support"? No offer to compensate me but my full bill keeps rolling in.

  • F8TheUncreator Ty (@F8TheUncreator) reported

@startca you guys need to figure out a way too let us know the service is down and an estimated time it's coming back on, paying for services that don't work on a regular basis is not what anyone wants. If it's an issue with the lines you rent, time too look at new lines to run.

  • tamara_b84 Tamara (@tamara_b84) reported

@startca @Rogers @RogersHelps I can but I don't see the point...I spent the morning on the phone with technical support who told me there is nothing Start can do until tomorrow morning. It was a Rogers technician that disconnected my internet.

@startca @oxio_internet We should need very little support if you provided good quality and reliable internet. It used to be good a couple of yrs ago. I don’t know happened to you guys. I hope you are aware that your reputation is no longer a good one.

  • sherr_mac Sherri (@sherr_mac) reported

@startca is there an outage tonight? Ours is off, using data right now

  • SudioC Suzanne C (@SudioC) reported

@paulvt @startca I’ve had Acanac in the past and it was not reliable at all. Anytime there was an issue it was days before someone got back to me. It was years ago, and super reasonably priced. There service may be better now. Unlikely it could be worse

  • TweetsFromAaron Aaron R (@TweetsFromAaron) reported

@ValerieRemark @RogersHelps @startca My problem was resolved by restarting my modem

  • JKamenar Jaclyn Kamenar (@JKamenar) reported

@startca switching internet services. I am tired of the unstable internet speeds. I am now paying 70 bucks a month for poor performance. I have found a new provider with better speeds and 20/month less. Thank you #Oxio
