    @startca what is with your service? Used to get someone in 30 secs now I've waited over 30 mins 3 days in a row on phone or chat.. such a great acquisition by @telus ruined for customers

    @startca Any issues reported in the Etobicoke area, as my Internet has been down for about the last 30 minutes, even after a power cycle of the modem.

    @startca We've had technicians out, called Multiple times, you can't or just won't fix it. Not even bothering to give you another chance were switching next week

    @startca are there any know issues with internet downtown London? I cannot connect even after a reboot.
