    @startca @_MadDuck You could have helped me any one of the numerous times I called support, you could have helped by having the technician actually show up to the appt. Why do I have to complain on social media to get any attention?

    @Gooni3Gamess @startca And I as well have had start since it came to london on. This is the worst it’s ever been with no sign of change. I’m done with you guys. Changing to new service provider next week.

    @Rogers I don't understand how you aren't grasping this. There is a widespread @Rogers outage that includes #ldnont right now. Please explain how reporting the widespread Rogers outage can be addressed by @startca? Explain like I am in Kindergarten, because it doesn't make sense.
