    @AydaPublic @startca This is garbage service, I've been told a tech was coming twice and both times they stood me up without even a phone call.

    @startca Can you explain why the service is so inconsistent? Because every time I've reached out, I'm always told that there is no record of an issue on your end

    @startca All you need is a bigger dish or possibly a feed horn rotation to fix the problem. But if your looking int alternative sources perhaps you could look into sourcing Newsnation and BBC news. You can never have enough news sources and you defenetly don’t have enough !

    @startca We've had technicians out, called Multiple times, you can't or just won't fix it. Not even bothering to give you another chance were switching next week

    @startca If you want to game you can't If you want to work from home you can't If you want to use gambling sites, you can't There is 1 upside, weight loss. I've lost 10 pounds the past few months going up and down the stairs 5+ times a day to reset my internet.

    @startca We've been over this, ALL of my equipment is new & the placement is correct. If its isolated to my residence why did you stand me up the 2 times you were supposed to come out? Like I said, DODGE THIS INTERNET...SUPPORT IS NEARLY NONEXISTENT.

    My internet went down (for the second time) so I called support. The gentlemen was amazing and helpful. I hoped to share the love,by the time I made it back to my computer my internet had once again crashed. I love @startca and I usually have no complaints but come on 😭
