Keeps cutting out intermittently. Very hard to work from home online with this bs!!!!!! I’m so frustrated with you start. 70 bucks a month. 🤬

Duck (@DucktheRoofer) reported@startca Not sure how you can't know as I'm sure everyone in the building has called their internet providers to complain. Rogers guy was here at 815am, said there's no signal to the entire building. So is Rogers not talking to you or the other way around? Day 4 without internet.

Please explain how reporting the widespread Rogers outage can be addressed by @startca? Explain like I am in Kindergarten, because it doesn't make sense.
