Jordan (@geebs1983) reported@startca We've been over this, ALL of my equipment is new & the placement is correct. If its isolated to my residence why did you stand me up the 2 times you were supposed to come out? Like I said, DODGE THIS INTERNET...SUPPORT IS NEARLY NONEXISTENT.

Ty (@F8TheUncreator) reported@startca you guys need to figure out a way too let us know the service is down and an estimated time it's coming back on, paying for services that don't work on a regular basis is not what anyone wants. If it's an issue with the lines you rent, time too look at new lines to run.

Jordan (@geebs1983) reported@beisan The worst internet I have ever had is @startca .... Technical support are nice but useless, they can't fix anything you couldn't fix yourself and when a problem happens they blame Rogers. They stood me up twice for service apt's without letting me know and still no fix.

Christopher Lewis (@SaltedCashews) reported@geebs1983 @beisan @startca Ran into same, but lines were Rogers. On the Start side, I get Tier 3 help. She spent days narrowing down very odd and specific issues, and even tried to 'fudged reports to get Rogers out twice to tweak things - which worked. Love Start overall, but can't wait for their fibre.

As it just so happens, my internet has gone down now while I'm trying to work from home. Almost 16 months now and nothing has been resolved. Pathetic! #CRTC #CCTS @startca @Rogers
