The cable literally disconnected at the pole 2 weeks ago, its been lying on my lawn and they still haven't fixed it. DODGE THIS **** SERVICE!

Tamara (@tamara_b84) reported@startca @Rogers @RogersHelps I can but I don't see the point...I spent the morning on the phone with technical support who told me there is nothing Start can do until tomorrow morning. It was a Rogers technician that disconnected my internet.

Suzanne C (@SudioC) reported@paulvt @startca I’ve had Acanac in the past and it was not reliable at all. Anytime there was an issue it was days before someone got back to me. It was years ago, and super reasonably priced.There service may be better now. Unlikely it could be worse
