@startca She is absolutely certain that she is not a prepaid (PAD) customer. She'll def need to call to sort this out. Thank you.

  • Daniel89825641 Daniel (@Daniel89825641) reported

@startca it has been over 48 hrs since my new modem has been registered but my internet speed is still the same. My wife wants to switch to Bell as Fibe was just installed in my neighborhood. I decided to stay with Start for their customer service but this is embarrassing.

  • RenaKunisaki Rena 🦊 No ******* Thanks (@RenaKunisaki) reported

@startca mine just lost signal for a few minutes (blinking DS light) but it's back up now

  • gwcgary 🌎gwc of this ******* planet🌏 (@gwcgary) reported

@startca well I have support Start since 2014 and I phoned in once about having different rates for low income people. The person said that it was a good idea But Start doesn’t discriminate they charge everyone the same. That policy discriminates against low income Canadians !!!

  • JKamenar Jaclyn Kamenar (@JKamenar) reported

@CheekyOtter16 @startca My internet has been absolute garbage the last 2 weeks. Lagging, slow, cuts in and out. And my speed test is fine. Which means it’s a server problem. That’s you start. Get this crap together. Thinking about switching companies. The rates keep going up and the quality goes down

  • smashwalters three raccoons apart (@smashwalters) reported

@startca is the internet down for L1S?

  • the_vdo Vicki (@the_vdo) reported

Still waiting to hear from @startca to see if there are any outages. Have re-started modem and router more than once. Still no internet at home (good thing I’m not working right now). All lights on modem, but are completely solid. What a pita.

  • TimWilkinson15 Timmeh 🇨🇦 (@TimWilkinson15) reported

@startca Yes, I've never had an issue contacting your team if I need support. I can't say the same regarding the "big three" where you're stuck on hold for 2+ hours.

  • DarianRoy1 Darian Roy (@DarianRoy1) reported

@startca Yeah while I’ve been waiting for fibre for that was promised would be installed in my area for on 3+ years now…cmon do better Start. I’m tired of paying $80 for a 75mb download. While my friend pays $105 for 1000 down.

  • the_vdo Vicki (@the_vdo) reported

And it looks like the router is probably the issue. Ugh. (Thanks to Maria at @startca for the troubleshooting)
