    Hey @startca, we've been trying to get our Internet service back up and running. However, we've been unable to contact anyone to come out and assist for the past few days. Been in hold multiple times with no help for 2 hours each time

    oh @TELUSsupport it is ***** to buy @startca shove us to Altima Telecom which doesn't have a self service option, only has phone customer service during banking hours while also having bought Koodo, offering internet there, not being able to combine accounts

    @cdntruthseekr Now @startca is telling me they can’t reconnect for at least 3 business days. WTF. Plus, it took me 1h35m to speak to a human AND they tell me I need to wait in line for any further communication. Terrible company that scams paying customers.

    @startca last night spent 2 hours and 13 mins on phone waiting someone. Then it hit 9pm snd it hung up. I called 30 mins waited this morning and had to leave for work because i couldnt do work last night because no internet. Now been on hold currently 30 mins waiting. Help me

    @startca good morning - I am so disappointed with your poor customer service response times. I gave up after 80 minutes last week and am 27 minutes and counting this morning just to get my new modem activated.
