@startca any known issues in the midhurst (L4N) area? Internet has been down for an hour, modem can’t acquire downstream channels, wondering if it’s weather related or if I’m just lucky. :)

@startca You had your chance to help me but instead stood me up twice causing me to miss work, meaning I didn't get paid for those days. I no longer want your help, I now just want to make sure everyone knows what a terrible service this is and the even worse customer service provided.

@startca This is the worst internet on the planet, if you want to stream, play a video game, play in a casino, watch music on youtube, work from home or preform any other task that requires constant internet than this is not the product for you.

My internet went down (for the second time) so I called support. The gentlemen was amazing and helpful. I hoped to share the love,by the time I made it back to my computer my internet had once again crashed. I love @startca and I usually have no complaints but come on 😭

@ally_young81 @startca For that Leaf game , I had to go over to the neighbours who use Bell/Fibe, they laugh at my Start issues. The game was clear as a "Bell". I didn't tell them about the quality of CNN on Start TV, it's too embarrassing.
